Up and down the country, super rich teens and twentysomethings are spending shedloads on their dream properties. Unless you've got a trust fund or are being bank-rolled by mum and dad, the average first-time buyer is now a whopping 38 years old. As Britain's youth are in danger of becoming a generation who can't afford to buy their own homes, this series follows some of the UK's most affluent young people as they hunt for their perfect pads and go on a serious spending spree. 24-year-old eco warrior Zeno, one of London's richest young men, has a budget of a million pounds to spend on a new eco home. Sam is from the Cotswolds and at the tender age of just 18 is spending 450,000 pounds on his first home. Sam is in the top ten jump jockeys in the country and knows how dangerous his job is, so wants to invest his money wisely. 24-year-old PR executive Sophia tries to persuade her mother to bankroll her 900,000 pound dream penthouse with private lift.
