In the 13th season judges are mentors selecting a team of singers whose assets they believe will allow them to win the competition. Each jury member has a professional team of people from the music industry by their choice helping their contestants with vocal performance and stage appearances. In the 1st Round judges are hidden behind the wall and vote on contestants vocal performances. Contestants can choose the judge who voted for them to be their mentor.
