a masterfully laid out storyline with an incredibly satisfying payoff. starts off as a slow burner but once the climax is reached and you realize all of the seeds strategically planted since the beginning you will easily forget there was ever a dull moment in the entire series.
great interesting characters and a fuckin BEAST of a plot filled to the brim with tension and emotion. nothing else i have ever watched has so engrossingly invoked as many feelings in me.
impossibly perfect writing with comedically rich characters with actual depth which comes before the comedy. even without the lovable cast of caricatures, the sheer frequency of jokes is unbelievable, relentlessly barraging the viewer with a flurry of hilarious beats, each hitting as sharply as the last. the more you get into the show the more it makes you feel at home as a part of the group, understanding the everlastingly evolving recurring motifs, inside jokes, and catchphrases.
