I'm really not sure if I want to watch this...I really didn't like the last few episodes, maybe even the entirety of season 5. Not necessarily because the show is bad, but as a fan of the books, it's really easy to get annoyed with some of the pointless storylines, whilst seeing many of the good ones not realising their full potential. Also, some of the storylines have now caught up with the books. I think I'll have to wait watching this season untill all the books have come out. And then probably wait a while.

The series will be different from the books so you can watch the series without having to worry.
What's up with that scene of Sam saying "mom" in the last episode? What happend after that?

It pisses me off that they ignored that completely.
Negannnnnn...! Yeah, I'm not that excited. I have no idea who the fuck he is and why everyone is crying to see him.

@MrBlonde I really hope that turns out to be true. I want someone to finally pose a real challenge to Rick's group. At this stage they almost feel like superheroes.
Curious. It's 2nd March and there are 15 votes. The Ep is screening on 7 March. Shills or is the show actually watchable in some form already?

@pure.by I guess so, too.
I don't understand how people loved this episode. It's simply a filler!

It introduced Jesus in a very good and entertaining way.
I'm shocked at the amount of love being shown for this episode. EVERYONE acted like complete idiots. I thought for about a quarter of the episode that they flashed forward a few months or years, and that explained everyone's state of relative relaxation. Then I realize it's only been a few weeks? People are hanging out in unsafe locations for no apparent reason, they're letting their guard down, they're focusing on completely innocuous things... what the hell was that? It felt like an episode from a completely different show.
If this is to lull us into a false sense of security, maybe this will make sense dramatically in the future. But for now? Worst episode of the series.

"People are hanging out in unsafe locations for no apparent reason" example?
"they're focusing on completely innocuous things" example?
many zombies getting killed equals "awesome episode" apparently.
average for me.loading replies
I agree, witter56. I don't get how everyone is so amazed.
Nice but too much Deus ex Machina

Exactly! I'm glad to see my boyfriend and I are not the only ones who feel that way.
A very corny episode, even more so being a season-resumer and a follow-up to the relatively good Season 6. Once again TWD production team falls short on storytelling and tries to overcompensate for that by cranking up the shock-value.

I also don't get the extreme admiration of this episode. Everybody is, like, wow, awesome... I guess Daryl with an RPG is enough for some people to call this episode awesome. But the opening doesn't make any sense. Too many situations were impossible and illogical.
