Anne is the movie. Childish but watchable.
It is a bad movie. I do not think you will keep your attention at the scenes even Willis is in it. The CGI, plot, everything is lame.
what a waste is all I can say.
Imagine a nation with only 3 FBI agents and a city with only 1 cop. You'd think there would be worse crime there than this script, but you'd be wrong.
The ridiculous stretches made in this screenplay suck all of the fun that could possibly be had in this predictable yet stupid outing.
An above average movie with a good plot. I wouldn't call it life-changing and the twists and turns provided in the story weren't top-notch, however it was an enjoyable ride. The story gripped me and I became invested in our protagonist. The ending was satisfying yet for those always on the lookout for a "good will always win" conclusion won't get it here.
I would recommend this movie to those who enjoy grim storytelling and characters that are not defined as good or bad.
Thank you for reading, I hoped this helped you
By the time I got to the point where Jong-Goo, the main character, beats the Japanese stranger's dog to death , I was beyond weary of this movie. It is an overly long movie where the separate scenes are dragged out to the point where they become nothing. Terrible things are going on in this town and this incompetent police officer is the lens through which we observe these events. He is a terrible lens. His entire motivations are fear and racism, a powerful combination that would work well in a better film, but not here. I felt nothing for any of the characters. I was not interested in their fate. It is a movie full of nothing that ends at a predictable, inevitable point. It felt like an incredible waste of time.
You'll either think it's incredible or incredibly stupid. I'm on board.
No fancy fighting, no fancy lights, no explosions, no expensive effects... it's a simple but brilliant and gorgeous show. I recommend it to everyone.
@Pedro
I had the same experience, but you have to get through that and you will start to notice so many little things that are connected. + this show gets better with every episode...
