Wow, what a brilliant gay movie! Very funny and cute.
This film was good, because of the profound message behind it and how there was an initial period of covering it up. However it is not something I'd watch again as the love story really distracted from the reality of the film.
This film is so silly and sweet, it really embraces the idea that any possibility can exist.
This is not what I thought it would be, I had an idea in my head that it would be exploring entirely new scenes but this was true to form and was actually like an extended episode. The continuity was fantastic but it also stood independently, I loved it.
It was an interesting plot, very quite self contained. I don't think I'd watch it again though, there was a slight twist that I think was supposed to be bigger than it felt.
Funny, endearing and that final fight scene was fantastic.
No what I was expecting, sometime emotional, with a great ending soundtrack this was full of times where you scream at the protagonist to get it right but it very of it's time and a quaint little film about a young Tom Cruise and his misgivings.
This was not what I was expecting, full of twists
John Cena was wasted on this movie. The dialogue was childish and there was definitely more 'action' than necessary ("there's a door in my way" blows it up) but the story around Charlie was quite interesting.
A fantastic stand alone movie, I've not seen the original but I'm definitely going to watch it now
This film is really funny, touching and understandable.
This is quite clever, you are lead to believe that Ned's character may be gay but it's never explicitly stated and it's quite possible that he's not.
Sally Phillips plays such a fantastic character in this!
I did enjoy this movie but the continuity wasn't great in the past scene and the suspense of belief wasn't there for Alan Arkin's reactions. I think they left this franchise at the right time.
Not as funny as the live action Grinch but still a quirky and enjoyable movie on it's own.
I could barely get through this, the jokes are terrible and she relied too much upon the pregnant pause
This was unpredictably just as much about Amber as it was about Eddie. This is a lovely story and well told - it certainly hit a note with my partner and I, it's a shame we don't know more about their ending but I suppose that is part of the charm.
A poignant film with a beautiful and colourful juxdaposed backdrop, there were a few laughs but there were more tears. Jodie Whittaker's performance doesn't disappoint.
Adam Sandler is predictably cringe in this, the story is decent enough though.
Apart from the ending it was pretty close to the book! A great watch, the length might seem off putting but it is necessary
The only horrifying thing about this film is that after 90 minutes I was still to be scared. Why is this a horror? It's a thriller/drama at best. It's not even a good mystery, that's not even touched upon. Disappointing.
There was just no real plot, the only bit of action finished as quickly as it started
Absolute cheese, terrible acting, awful misogynistic and racist jokes and the plot was problematic too. It's just a perfect film to laugh at with friends.
Literally a laugh a minute, I loved it so much!
