Ah, I love it when I genuinely have fun when watching a murder mystery! I hope they'll manage to write another extravagantly entertaining adventure for Benoit Blanc's third screen exploit!
Oh, by the way, with everything that's been going on with Twitter, was anyone else eerily reminded of the mercurial "Chief Twit"'s antics when witnessing Miles Bron's chaotic decisionmaking? I don't think this was originally intended, but that character now definitely feels like a parody of Elon Musk lol
Apparently you need to go into this movie not seeing any marketing since most of the negative reviews talk about how it was "mismarketed". I had no idea what it was about, had no expectations, and I thought it was pretty good. I guess if you went in with expectations of something it isn't, you'd be disappointed.
“There’s no booze on this menu.”
“There’s kombucha.”
“Fuck off.”
Okay Amber Midthunder I see you. You badass you.
I am giving this a 10 because finally, someone makes a good SciFi after all these years that respects the audience.

F' I loved this movie.
Somewhere between a 6 and a 7 for me. Prey is a very good direct to streaming movie, and even without the Predator franchise attached to it , it's still a successful film. Stripping the tired Predator franchise of all the things that bogged it down, Prey keeps things simple. Primal humans who have to hunt or risk being hunted, up against a technological killing machine who hunts for dominance and sport.
Amber Midthunder is extremely good in the lead role. She's not Arnie, nor is she supposed to be, but she's a great lead who comes off believable and likable. If Prey had have been released in the 80s, Amber's Naru would be up there with the iconic 80s female action stars.
I enjoyed Jurassic World 3 more in theaters than this. That is all.
Amazing!
What a beautiful contribution to this world.
I love those powerful women.
Great cast!
[Sheffield/Doc] An revealing documentary-conference on the need to return to historical events to avoid reinterpreting the History of Racism in America. The camera is at the service of Jeffrey Robinson, an excellent speaker who offers a masterclass on how to find the keys to understanding the roots of endemic racism and preventing its spread.
it's always funny seeing how grown people throw such childish tantrums in the comments over the fact that a tv show has decided they would rather be inclusive and move with the times than being stuck in the last millenium. no-one is making saying "guys" illegal lmao calm down
One of the best solo MCU movies in a while. I went into this not knowing the story at all. I was highly entertained and not lost at all. Definitely worth the $12 at the theater!
i own all the movies on vhs and now the trilogy on blu-ray and it is truly amazing. this is my favourite movie of all time since i was a kid, and you can hold me to it.
On the surface this film is about a group of people who have been labelled “villains”, working together to save the world. But really, this film is about one man and one man alone, he isn’t strong, but yet he defies all odds and sacrifices his life to save his friends. His only power is his bravery, he is the driver of the van and the main character of this film, Milton.
An excellent little gem filled with so many "classic horror movie" tropes. This movie pokes fun at itself and others (even Netflix). It was a refreshing little mindf@#$.
Easily one of the best movies ever made! Have watched over 6 times and still cant say no to watch it again!
THIS. IS. SO. GOOD. the kind of movie i can see a thousand times and it will never get bored
Elizabeth Olsen in that assistant magician wardrobe was really a sight for the eyes.
When Stormfront is speaking German, it's actually pretty good, but with strong accents. She's saying: "Do you remember that day, Frederick, Cloe put her arms out the car window. We found the perfect spot by the river in the shade of an apple tree. It was the first time Cloe ate fresh apples."
Why the fuck would you rate something which is still not aired 8? Its a stupid thing too but i kinda get the 1 and 10.(haters and big fans) But 8? I mean why?
I'm really surprised how great it was! Recommended.
What the F is happening?
The turning point episode. I'm glad to see that The Mandalorian is not an entity devoid of moral grounds. Then again, had anyone expected him to be? Maybe a bit more down the season, but the story line forces him to make the decisions now. It does leave him with some big enemies though, but I'm sure he'll get some back-up soon. Jon Favreau is a good writer, I'm just waiting for him to write a story that will really fly off. I hope it's this one. This is the way. I have spoken.
Dear Emmy voters,
For your consideration.
