The only thing I'd say is, that like all movies now it felt a bit too long. No film needs to break 2 hours, it's not a drama..

I have nothing more to add except I liked it.
I never quite know when a good film becomes great. It's definitely somewhere between the two..

The first Transformers movie back in the day was really impressive. I watched it again, not long ago and it still holds up. This reboot is total garbage..
The CGI isn't as good as the first. The story is weak. The dialogue is awful. The characters, human and digital have no depth. You never become invested in the film.
The film holds your hand all the way through. We are doing this, because of this and the result is that. I got up left it playing and came back and missed nothing.
It's one of those franchises where you watch the first and walk away. Highlander is the same. Amazing first movies but the rest is garbage.
I gave it a 4 but it's probably not worth that..

I enjoyed the nonsense overall.
There's some really bad bad acting and the story line is weak. I only watched it to see Tim after seeing him in 1883. His acting has improved since 2006 but not much but it works in 1883..
Watch that and skip this would be my recommendation..

It's a magic movie of its time. It's a time when movies were entertaining and not over bloated with nonsense.
I watched it when I was 15 and now I'm 50 and I still love it. I can't say that about everything from my youth.
The film introduced me to so many things, especially music. You can tell Russell made music videos first as the soundtrack is as much a part of the films as the actors.
The sequels are horrible and I'd imagine the remake will be too.
There can be only one.. and this is it!

Definitely worth watching but I think it would be a bit too distressing for younger children.
It's not a film to watch over and over again..

It's way too long..
You really have to justify yourself to be a 3 hour movie..
There was way too much fat on this film to justify itself..

That was awful. Having seen Elvis and enjoyed it. I had high hopes for Priscilla. Sadly it fell flat at every occasion. Neither actor looked even close to who they were playing. The story was weak at best. Elvis was made to look like a massive cock and no sign of the Colonel. The film is a mess..
I'm past caring which of the two films are more accurate. Elvis was just far more entertaining, watch that and give this a miss..

Slow it's not, if taken in context..
I thought Hostiles was epic. The story telling was spot on.
If anything, I thought probably Bale saw the errors of his ways a little too quickly. I could have easily lapped up another hour to really dive into the characters.
Cinema is losing its way but films like this give me hope.
History needs to be told and wrongs were made by both sides. When is the Battle of the Little Big Horn going to be tackled? Come on American it's time to start owning its history. Only then can it make amends..

Lady Gaga will smash it.. A more gritty version is needed. Margo Robbie was good but it's time to go darker..
