Sooo, Amy is definitely going to be pregnant at some point in the future, huh?
Nice little hint.
I went into this show having never read the book on which it was based.
Did not turn out what i was expecting. I was expecting freaks and geeks. What i got was something else.
I'm still a little shocked. Don't know what to make of it.
This is THE show of the year for me. Nothing can top this.
Sheldon's speech was so beautiful this episode! I love Shamy!
"I wear a leather jacket, I have Lucille, and my nutsack is made of steel."
That metaphor at the beginning with the ants streaming in through the window was fantastic.
"It's over bitch." OMGGGGG HANNA
I loved the Caleb-Spencer-Hanna scene
For a moment there when Howard couldn't find the heartbeat I though Bernadette had lost the baby. They really had me
Though flowers have never had any special meaning to me, I will forever have a fondness for white tulips after having seen this episode. It may be the kindest of all acts between one human and another: to offer the reassurance that despite all our flaws, we are nevertheless redeemable. If I can perform it just once before I die in a manner even half as profound as Dr. Peck does here, I will consider my life an unqualified success.
Wait, where did John go? Ain't he innocent now cause Ryan killed Erin? Also didn't the old man say that the gun was missing for a few days instead of just an hour at night like Ryan said?
Good series overall but ending was a bit lacking for me. Incredible acting by everyone involved though!
Well, Mike’s a real piece of shit!
The season finale, “Amor Fati,” was indeed a masterful conclusion to the season. The build-up to this finale had been slow but promising, and the episode lived up to the expectations it set.
While not wholly original, the show’s concept was executed in a fresh and engaging way. The tale kept me on the edge of my seat, and I was utterly engrossed in the story. Peter Capaldi’s performance was absolutely brilliant. His portrayal of the complex and multifaceted character added depth and emotional resonance to the story.
Overall, “Amor Fati” was a satisfying conclusion to the season, and I eagerly anticipate what the future holds for the show. I hope the creators continue to push the boundaries and deliver engaging and thought-provoking storytelling.
01x06 - Amor Fati: 8/10 (Great)
One of my favourite episodes of Better Things so far. I laughed, I cried, I was intrigued, I was thoroughly entertained.
That must be the most fucking competent doctor in fucking TV.
Aww! Duke is such a sweet kid.
This was one of my favorite episodes for some reason. Every scene was great. I didn't want it to end.
Team Steve-Dustin-Robin-Erica totally kick ass!
That ending got me crying a bit, I'm so happy. This show is over, and what a ride it was.
OMG Carol... CAROL! How amazing is Melissa McBride?
And the hug at the end :(
I love when the characters say the name of the movie or show they are in!
No notes! No notes! No notes!
Shows this good are rare. Such a treat to watch. Tension done so right. Lots of really convincing actors and just a great all round show!
Dear Neil,
What compelled you to do this to me?
Sleep with one eye open tonight.
With love,
Kate
HASTUR LA VISTA
Don't know why but i want to punch mary louise in the face
In an early episode (maybe the first?), Reacher says “I’m going to burn their operation to the ground.” Turns out he wasn’t speaking metaphorically. That’s some nice foreshadowing.
Klaus is just killing it here.
