What a fun movie! As someone who was born in the 80s, i can appreciate all the pop culture references in the movie. Great cast, with lots of laughs. I'll be watching this one again!

Oh lord, I could hear the pitch for this dog: "It's Backdraft crossed with Silence of the Lambs!"
It's like the writers had a "movie cliche" set of cards and would just draw a random hand each scene.
And don't get me started on Joe Anderson's performance...

I like submarine movies, and this is a really good one, with hints from "The hunt for Red October" and "Crimson Tide". Good cast, good acting, good action scenes and does not ignore the laws of physics.

@davidsn Are you sure? At one point the submarine is on a sixty degree down angle. And nothing is falling including people.
