Finally, this episode felt like old times. Not political, no references to the news or whatever. just 4 boys being 4 boys again.
A really great episode! Feels like the earlier seasons of South Park.
The group is getting really mean to others.. wth?
One of my absolute fave episodes of the series. Just had so many clever, crazy bits that reminded me of how I first fell in love with the show in those early, less exposed days.
Not quite up to the usual Pixar standard.
The comedy and characters ultimately save the film.
It touches you in a way that only Pixar can, but it did so in quite a predictable way, I thought.
Moreover, it feels a bit slapped together, as if they’re making it up as they go along.
6/10
WTF did I just watch ?
I get it, it has to be funny because of the transitions and randomness, but I don’t find this nonsense entertaining.
Good episode, but what’s with all the random shots of the girls’ asses.
Troy:You sure Britta couldn’t do your part?
Abed:I asked her. She wasn’t available
Troy:Let’s go film the sex scene
LOL
Now the story of a family whose future should have remained cancelled after season 3 and the one fan who had no choice but to watch season 4 to keep her trakt.tv account together. It's Vanessa's Arrested Development.
Underwater kept my attention throughout. It’s well shot with a fine cast, decent performances and plenty of suspense.
The film is definitely better than most underwater creature movies. It doesn’t help that the comparisons are Deepstar Six, Leviathan or Sphere though.
I left out the Abyss since just the marines on board are bad. Otherwise it’s the best underwater science fiction film.
Will Smith won't fucking do Suicide Squad 2, but he'll dip his wick in this?
:person_facepalming_tone3:
The script is the weakest and most prevalent aspect of Bad Boys for Life. It's the same as every other script in the series (retirement, friends for life, family...) yet somehow worse--probably because it never stops in this one whereas the others would give us some respite with the action sequences that are sorely missing here. Even the humor is circumcised from this outing, leaving us with a limp stick we can't use to beat the dead horse that is this flick.
Not to mention the sad waste of a great cast (the talented Vanessa Hudgens and Paola Núñez serve as little more than decoration), and the tragic action sequences (normally the high point of the franchise) that are as rare as they are unoriginal.
Trust me, watch Bad Boys 2 again to save yourself 10 bucks and a boredom enema.
broooooooooo this show is bunkers
How can a show start so good and end this shitty? What a waste, each episode after 3 was progressively worse.
So a bit of wood was enough to change the air pressure but all that water wasn't?
Pretty much in the same boat as TEOTFW. There isn't much to it plotwise but the relationships between characters are what make this tv show interesting (especially Syd and Stan's) and overall it's very enjoyable.
Good photography is becoming a norm in this type of shows and I'M LOVING IT.
Just another show about a teenage girl in high school who besides being awkward, she also has special powers. Also dont forget to throw in the fact she likes girls, because it is quite a while since we have had a tv show with a homosexual character. Thank God it is so short.
80s hype is so popular these days I can see why shows are leaning into it but when they set them modern day with 80s mixed in its a bit odd.
Sex education was also guilty of this. The modern tech is shown so infrequently on this show you can almost be fooled into thinking its actually set back then. So why not just do that? Maybe so as not to clash with Stranger Things? Very odd.
Liam's Loaded Lasagna didn't look that bad until he listed the ingredients.
A basic action movie. Nothing special about it ,but still enjoyable to watch while you're doing something else. Highlights: my dad (who likes to listen to post malone) being very suprised post malone was in this movie and that he looked like that + the cat part
How are the kids still so stupid as to give non-Locke people keys? It's like they haven't learned anything! Ellie didn't need to take the shadow key to go get the crown. So stupid.
"Hello, darkness, my old friend" sooooo lame. I can't believe they actually wrote that in.
Who the fuck kills themselves by putting a plastic bag over their own head? This episode was so bad :(
The studio ran out of money before they could finish. Great until the end.
Holy crap, that fighting sequence was amazing!
Whoever thought a film about a maths whiz battling to win a rock, scissors, paper tournament would be so entertaining! With flashy visuals and some rocking action, this is better than you would expect.
At one point I got bored. The scene where she falls off the stairs again and again, it seemed like sloppy writing to me. They could have come up with more creative and realistic ways that she could have died.
Damn... Well that was unexpected.
I was rooting for Akira too
...I really thought he was going to win!
That was a lot better than I was expecting. The trailer didn't do it enough justice. I knew I'd enjoy it based off the trailer. But now that I've watched it, the trailer seems like it could've been a whole lot better. I feel like this movie will one of those movies that I enjoyed very much and the majority will nitpick at, and that's completely fine. I totally wasn't expecting what I'd call a twist, not completely sure if others will feel the same way, near the end of the movie. And the acting in that scene, after the twist was revealed, was fantastic. From both Mads Mikkelsen and Vanessa Hudgens. Especially hers. I was a bit surprised on how different she looks in real life as opposed to her appearance in the movie. She looks like a completely different person compared to her character. I actually think how she looked in the movie was more attractive than she is in real life, not that she isn't attractive outside of this movie. Anyway, I hope there will be a second movie as the ending did suggest the possibility.
