As someone who's been a major fan of many TV shows for years and years, and someone who only got into Lost a few months ago: Lost is the greatest thing to ever have been televised. Seriously. Nothing has ever been so immersive, atmospheric and ambitious as this show. It had me gripped from start to finish, and I was genuinely satisfied by the ending (it's incredibly misunderstood). There has never been a TV series as big as Lost, and there may never be again.
Too dragged out with recurring saved-at-the-last-moment situations and melodramatic drama. Some cool action scenes mixed in.
Fast, furious and very windy. The movie is completely preposterous, but take it as a piece of dumb escapism and you might gain some enjoyment from it.
There are no words for how much I love this show, and this episode.
"Why are the hot ones always gay or nazis?" Hahahah.
Will's conversation with the teens about social media was hilarious!
If you could bring back anyone to solve a murder, why bring back a terrorist ? That baffles me. The show is visually stunning and cool anyway though.
Honestly, i don't know why all the hate on this show. I'm lovin' it. Hard.
This show is slowly dying. Plot is getting way too confusing and hard to follow.
i dont trust the presidents wife, even more so now shes just said her mother is russian, she just dropped that in there, almost a throw away line....
A double agent that sleeps with Saul and tried to kill Carrie and Quinn? Hell yes.
I don't know if anyone could have possibly played Carrie's character better than Claire Danes, amazing!
Any film with amnesia as its central conceit is going to leave most experienced film goers anticipating that things are not always as they appear, and this is no exception. This is also very much a film of two halves, split by a rather obvious twist. For the first half of the film, however, the focus is as much on showing the ramifications of having to live with amnesia as it is about setting up the mystery and intrigue and Kidman is excellent as she wakes every day frightened and uncertain. Equally good is Colin Firth, as the husband dealing with having to explain things each day over and over, and the film does a great job of showing the impact the central character’s illness is having on both of them. The film initially drip feeds elements of the central mystery, but the reveal when it occurs is both obvious and a little disappointing. The tone then switches from one of intrigue to a rather predictable thriller and the rather sentimental ending seems out of keeping with the excellent work done in the first half of the film. Some strong performances ensure that the film is watchable throughout, despite the disappointing final act.
Well I thought this show had a pretty good cast. I was wrong. This show has a terrific cast.
When your online profile says "passionate bear looking for love", you get a lot of wrong responses.
