This one could have gone places, it had the look and feel of an 90's horror movie. I don't dislike it but it left me a little bit dissatisfied.
It reminded me of the movie They from 2002 and probably some other similar movie that I don't remember now. But this is the kind of monster movie that I like, it makes me question "what is it? Where did it come?" I thoroughly enjoyed it.
This is one of those shows that requires you to switch off your brain to enjoy it. Although in my case I did not enjoy it one bit. The protagonist couldn't be worst. A random guy who in just two episodes gains everyone trust, takes really questionable decisions and somehow knows how to fight and use firearms better than government agents.
Not as much action as I was expecting. There were some funny moments here and there. There was great chemistry between the actors and I loved seeing Arnold again, he has a special place in my heart.
The premise is simple and straightforward but there were things that I didn't understand why they were there, they felt out of place or inconclusive.
Not many movies get me focused enough not to realize when it's over, but this one did.
This managed to make me feel uncomfortable all the way through.
When I saw the trailer I thought "just another psychological horror" and added it to my watchlist. I don't remember seeing any glimpse of what i just saw in the movie and I'm glad for that, it was a pleasant surprise.
The atmosphere was very well done, and there were scenes at the end that made me want to frame them and hang them on my wall.
I don't have words to express how much I liked this movie. The narrative, the imagery, just perfect.
I wasn't expecting much from this movie but I loved it. It kind of reminded me of Evil Dead.
It took me longer than I expected to finish this. Knowing that this truly happened made me feel sick.
This could very well be a prequel to a movie about a serial killer.
Nothing happens during the first hour of the movie, I feel like I wasted my time with this.
Everything that happened could have been told in half the episodes, they unnecessarily stretched it too far.
This season was intense, I loved it. I hope if there is a fourth season it centers a bit more in the aliens from the Shadow Realms, I think it has a lot of potential.
How much I enjoyed this movie, I'm glad I gave it a chance.
Entertaining and fun, but left some unresolved questions. I hope there's a sequel explaining about Carrie's past and the Midnight Man.
This movie somehow reminded me about the manga 'Domu: A Child's Dream' by Katsuhiro Otomo. There's some resemblance, the apartment complex, the kids with psychic powers... I must say I really enjoyed it.
First half of the show is slow as hell, definitely gotta have some patience to watch this. Still it got me interested enough and I'm looking forward for a second season.
It's been a while since I enjoyed an action movie this much.
After watching the first season I no longer have interest in what's coming next.
I loved the chemistry between Ray, Gary and Dave, their conversations were funny and really enjoyable, I wanted to befriend them.
Things really escalated by the end, I'm still thinking what the hell happened.
I simply loved this movie.
I loved this movie. The ending left me wishing for a sequel.
I hated this episode, I barely managed to finish it, these assholes with the camera were so annoying.
I loved the show, I'm hyped for the second season
