Hot diggity dog!!! I totally spit my drink when I saw Stuart holding freaking Lucille!!! Damn, this episode made me laugh a lot.
So far it's 2 shows Lucille showed up. At this rate, they should totally let her guest star some episodes.
Other than that, it was one of the best episodes this season. Funny, though chaotic and I'm so happy Raj has finally a storyline of his own. I also loved seeing Beverly again.
I'm a... I'm a reporter.
Like a reporter or, uh,
a cultural critic, slash...
I... I had a website.
I create content...I don't have a job.
So far so good, after 2 episodes. A solid plot, likeable characters, a mysterious mastermind and yay a Wookie! 7.5/10 to be updated as the series progresses. Oh, and a big FU to the morons who submitted ratings months before the series was released.
I remember Fast & Furious 6 like this: A tank and just totally exaggerated action. But after I started the series again, I have to revise my opinion at least minimally. The family idea is still there. That pleases. The action is crass and increases with the next parts. Well, that's just the way it is. But Fast & Furious 6 is a good movie. A worthy representative of the series. I had a lot of fun watching it and to be honest, the last minutes touched me a lot. So thumbs up. Not least because of the probably longest runway in the Milky Way.
This episode not only had amazing jokes, but a pretty deep story and message that honestly could teach the young adults of today a lot about relationships if they ever happened to watch this. Bravo.
Its a classic. It spawned a franchise, inspired gaming types, and gave sports racing a boost. Ha ha, get it, boost, like NOS. I'm hilarious.
Oh... Gotta watch the episode to understand the title. Clever!
Rosa's smile of utter satisfaction at the end was the best part of the episode!
Jake's speech at the end was so sweet! Also Charles and Rosa are hilarious together my fav pairing!
T: “You wanna hold her?”
J: “Yeah sure”
T: “the BABY Jake…”
J: “oh yeah right, the normal thing.”
:rofl::rofl:
The whole glasses plot is hilarious, loved it
Man, rest in peace Lance, a great choice to play Zeus, he will be missed
If you like watch the other action movies that Jason Statham is in you'll probably like this one. He is in his prime. After a friend kills herself he basically kills his way to the top for the remainder of the movie. Some of his methods for getting rid of bad guys were pretty dang awesome and involved some methods I've never seen before. Which was cool.
Was it completely unrealistic? Yes. Was it fun to sit back, munch on some popcorn and watch Statham do his thing? Oh hell yeah
This is actually quite good. It's not great, but if you're in an M. Night mood, this'll scratch the itch. I suspect that much of the criticism of this film on Trakt is due to Trakt's persistent problem with the anti-woke crowd downvoting films/series that either they haven't watched or films/series, like this one, that accurately depict the world.
This is an average film. If you're in the mood for atmospheric horror, your time won't be wasted. If you are not in the mood, watch something else, and if you're a conservative, QUIT REVIEWING FILMS BASED ON YOUR BIGOTRY AND POLITICS. I'm sick of it.
Why the low rating again? It isn't too bad so far.
“We should stop looking for the sign and start looking for the Sharpie, we’re losing control!”
“We’d have to find a whole lotta gnomes” probably the most I’ve laughed the whole series
Rewatching this for the umpteenth time I have to say that Dr. Miller is a really horrible character.
dum de dum de dum de dum shiny scaaaaalpeeeeel... :musical_note::notes:
:joy:
This show was amazing... Really wish they would have made at least a second season.
Strong start, and I say that acknowledging that Asimovian truism is obvs not their goal. I legit love where they’re taking the whole “prophecy” narrative, since that aspect of the OG story would be hard to convey as a TV show..
Making it a battle of rebellious, savant-tier genius vs a technologically elite Empire of forgotten dreams—whose ruler is a clone controlled by an actual robot—really makes it feel relevant to our experience: moneyed royalty building an algorithmically-powered, AI driven—chatGPT, Google Bard, etc)—but potentially distopian future… Pretty excellent.
There is an alternate universe where the foot expert got his own spin-off show.
This episode must be the reason why the Trakt developers chose "Totally ninja!" for the 10 rating
Also, gotta love the music, both Jeffster's and regular.
Hate to be that person, but Casey was off pitch and didn't sing a high C... He was so close, off by a tone! :sob:
They added a hint of horror to this episode. The corridor scene on the trolley is pure genius. You have to rewind that and watch it over and over again. One of the funniest moments in comedy history.
The Jap loves it!
Shouting at Japs and mad feet, both classic symptoms of stress.
I love how they teased the hanged people by showing them being "invited" by the Briarwoods. Them hanging from the tree was such a shocking realisation during the stream, and I feel like they did it justice on the show.
Legend has it, that the script took forever to finish. Every time they finished a line, it disappeared
TMDB mods being idiots again, labeling the second half of the season as "specials" because HBO canceled it early, even though Tubi picked the show up and still aired these episodes at specific air dates and times.
