bs movie
I really think some people don't understand the history behind the "history" that are watching at all. Many people 'see', but not 'observe'.
This series have a lot of connotations, such politics and social, from a showdown with a dictator; unto to release of real feelings. Almost all characters have a full evolution of her personality... even Naga hahaha.
At first I agree looks like a little child's series, but think is a masterpiece in all respects. I recommend this series to all public, seen or not any other series of the Avatar's universe.
PS. James Cameron's 'Avatar' not included. xD
Damn Alfred can kick ass, even though he ended up getting thrown out of a window.
Oh man, I seriously like that Penguin! That scene at the end was brutal.
Love seeing all the Gotham characters as kids.
This Episode is so intense! It shows very well the strong relationship between Alfred and Bruce!
Not nice of you Floki....i have the feeling that you are gonna go next...
Perfect episode! We get to see that Christians could be just as savage as the Vikings. I wonder what was the real reason for King Ecbert to spare Judith from an unavoidable punishment and appease Aethelwulf. Does he really think of Athlestan as a 'deeply spiritual' man? I mean, Athlestan did mention (in front of him) that he had two faiths. Maybe the king wants to use Athlestan as an ally in the future, but little does he know that... well.
Ragnar and Lagertha are grandparents, time really does fly! It was a nice gesture from Bjorn to name the little one Siggy.
It's such a pity that Athlestan will never see his own son, but at the same time it was fascinating to watch Floki being pushed over the edge by his raw emotions. He really is loyal to his Gods above all else. The ending was great too, I can only guess that Ragnar has gone completely mad (his people will not be pleased if they see him carrying a crucifix), but we'll see.
I watch it only for the history part of it, the main events are accurate and interesting, ofc the small stories here and there are not. The only problem with this series is the American input in it to make it look interesting, the super heroism thing. Super-Marco, every woman in love with Marco, everyone saved by Marco, the whole earth's fortune is in hands of Marco to decide. Come on, does a series really need this to sell in the US? Is reality disliked? Yes, he was a white in that area but it doesn't make everyone's wife to be in love with him, all problems resolved by him ...
Ends on cliff hanger. Starts new ep. 5 minutes in its good. next 40 minutes its quite disappointing. Ends on cliff hanger. Repeat.
Very good Start for the final Episodes!
After all these years...
The Swede is gone!
"i am so glad you're back... because we're about to die"
i love cisco and iris' dynamic, so glad we got to see them together so much in this episode. they're really funny together!
This may be my favourite episode of the show. Simply excellent. An emotional rollercoaster mixed with some really good humor. I actually teared up because of how adorable that book was, but I also laughed at some of Cisco's lines. That's why I love The Flash: it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. It's such a sweet, charming show, and even when it gets serious, it somehow manages to stay hopeful instead of becoming depressing and joyless.
I was hyped for this show massively, and now that it has arrived I cannot say I am disappointed.
The small touches of Matt showing that he is blind are great, fumbling for his keys throughout the scenes. Although they are not big key moments it shows that they paid attention when producing this series.
The actors play the characters well, and they really shine in their roles. They work well together as a cast and the way in which they collide.
The fight scenes are some of my favourites I have seen throughout a TV series and are done really well, they take into consideration that he is blind, but really engage with the user.
Overall I'm happy with this series and wish to see more. It's not over the top, it is pinned together well. 9/10 on my part.
Guys! Guys! How do we top a one-shot long hallway scene?
No, wait, listen. I know! How about...no, no, hear me out...how about? 10 flights of stairs!
No, make it 20!
