South Park: Post COVID

This needs to be removed. It is a movie, not a episode.

@rbruns88 By that definition the other two episodes should be in "Specials" Season not in "Season 24" yet here they are.

Dexter: New Blood: 1x01 Cold Snap

Great first episode. I knew being on Showtime there would be some woke crap in it. There was plenty of wokeness and diversity in the first episode. I hope they got it all out of their system and we can now just enjoy this great show again. I can only guess why Dexters son has shown up to find him. (Missing Girls) maybe :smiling_imp:

@PaulVincent83 That gay couple seemed pretty forced. It feels like gay characters instead of characters that are gay. The Wire is one of the only few shows where it doesn't look forced.

A sweet ending even though I pictured it ending with Jake reunited with an older Sadie. I thought of that ending in like episode 5. 11/22/63 was pretty great. However in the end it was more about love than anything.
Everything Jake did in every episode to stop murders turning out to be pointless kind of the left a bad taste in my mouth. It does however make sense that there would be butterfly effects though.
But a butterfly effect where JFK would have concentration camps like Hitler ? Not everything worked but the show was a great ride nevertheless. I really wouldn't mind more King mini series like it on Hulu.

@jim222001 He said REFUGEE Camps NOT CONCENTRATION Camps. Kennedy completed his 2 terms without any wars. Then George Wallace got elected, that's when the bombings took place and Kennedy started refugee camps to help people.

"I've been eating hamburguers from 1960???"

@jacoboqc Imagine eating the same cow for years over and over again. Did the meat he ate just disappear from present every time Al went back to past? What effect did that have on Jake's body?

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie

did i like seeing jesse pinkman on my screen again? absolutely
do i feel like this movie needed to be made? absolutely not

i don't think i got anything useful out of this movie except maybe even more sadness about what happened to jesse.
this doesn't even count as a vendetta movie since the people who imprisoned him already died or were arrested by the police.
i would've loved to see todd finally die, he was disgusting, but just like every other character they vanished from the plot and you're just left asking yourself 'oh but what about skinny pete? and badger? how did his parents react to not finding him at the pond?'

i am glad thought that they did jesse's character right. that's what i was worried about the most when i first heard about this movie. that they would've made him cook again to make some money or something. glad that didn't happen. could've done without the walter white fanservice though. i also didn't fall for their fake bait-and-switch. he's dead, give it a rest.
