Star Wars: The Clone Wars, set between Episode II and III, added to the Star Wars universe like nothing else before it. The beloved animated series took us to strange worlds, explored classic characters, and introduced new heroes and villains. Now that the series is complete and available on Netflix, StarWars.com presents an official chronological order of the show’s 121 episodes, as well as the feature film that started it all. Get ready to have a LONG viewing party…

When it first debuted in 2008, Star Wars: The Clone Wars added new elements to the Star Wars galaxy like nothing else that had come before it. Set between Star Wars: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, the beloved animated series added new depth to classic characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Darth Maul, and Boba Fett, introduced us to a whole legion of clones with completely unique personalities and other new characters including Ahsoka Tano, Cad Bane, and Asajj Ventress, and took us on thrilling adventures to strange new worlds.

Below you will find a list of the entire series’ episodes updated to include the final season, listed in official sequential order as seen on the Star Wars official website.

Unlike ‘my’ two Arrowverse lists on here, I’ve chosen not to include whole seasons, but only the episodes themselves, to maintain consistency throughout this list.
This is also to maximise compatibility with any third-party tools that interpret Trakt.tv lists.

I might choose to adapt my Arrowverse lists to this format as well in the future.

Up-to-date as of the 24th of July 2022 (with exceptions, see below). This description still has to be updated, as does the changelog. I don’t know when I’ll get around to that.

Not included

• All the comics and graphic novels (obviously)
• Captain Marvel (2019) (will be added to this list once it’s been released and its position in the timeline is certain)
  • Captain Marvel has been released; added on the 6th of May 2019.
• Other films and episodes that haven’t come out / aired yet (such as Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019))
• Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Slingshot (between Captain America: Civil War and AoS 4x01)
  • Added on the 2nd of February 2018
• Marvel’s Inhumans 1x01 onwards (will add those episodes and films to this list once they’ve been released and their position in the timeline is certain)
  • Marvel’s Inhumans has premiered and is now included in the viewing order.
• The Stark Expo videos.
  • Those should be seen between Iron Man (2008) and The Incredible Hulk (2008) and can supposedly be watched at https://www.facebook.com/StarkExpo/, but I can’t find the actual videos there.
  • Some videos can be watched here, though: https://www.reddit.com/5cs17x.
