I expected it to be better tbh
Soulless season but still had some jokes and moments to get a 6
I liked season one, I laughed and liked the type of humour but something just didn't feel right. I don't know what. Luckily that absolutely changed with the second season but more specifically with the appearance of the priest. It just gave the whole show another colour and depth.
Weakest season so far. Slow and almost emotionless. Meth lab plot is boring af .
Due to the bad reputation of 2nd and 3rd season i won't watch them. Also, and this is the most important reason, the 1st season is AMAZING and it could (and should) really end there. Yesterday when i finished it I understood instantly why the following seasons hadn't been appreciated in the same way: they aren't necessary, you can tell it even without watching them. I think it would be a perfect one-season-show.
I think that this series has set the standard so high that I feel like almost the entire season wasn't that great excepting the last 3 episodes. Luckily it doesn't continue with the meth lab plot (that was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring) so it's better than the previous season.
Kim and Lalo had outstanding performances here.
Good season. Thrilling finale that justifies all the slow pacing plot, but damn it was slow sometimes. It's worth the watch although I think it's at least a little overvalued. Again, my main problem were the first 6 episodes where the show was just good in contrast with the last 3 episodes that were EXCELLENT. If it had been more balanced I would've give it an 8 or 9 easily
I thought the season finale would be better and as others said the plot didn't progress much but we got to see Butcher sup, the fantastic fight between homelander, butcher and soldier boy in Herogasm and another season with spectacular acting by Antony Starr. The best episodes are 3x06 and 07.
Also I would die for being able to make Butcher's face expressions.
Even thought it didn't have the same effect as if i had seen it when it aired, i liked the first 4 episodes. They were interesting, weird and somehow cautivating but the last two just didn't fit for me, especially the finale.
10/10 episode. Evolution, action, grief and redemption.
Wth rated this. It hasn't even aired:face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
Oh man, poor Gale. Also, kinda sad for what Jesse had to do but all the show until now was about Walt mending Jesse's mistakes so finally it happened the other way around . What a season finale.
The whole scene of Barry with his marine's friends at natalie's birthday is hilarious. Absolutely loved it
I am speechless. I already know i am gonna come back to watch that last scene over the years. What a finale. I thought redemption was out of Saul's radar. I thought there was no longer room for Saul to return to being Jimmy. For the last years we learned that Jimmy McGill always walked a path of wrongdoing and he wanted more, he couldn't stop, so Saul Goodman was like his final transformation. Like his ultimate wicked twisted form with no feelings at all, with no care of anything nor anyone but himself. That's also why it seemed plausible of him just destroying Kim for his own wellbeing. I mean, it was the only person left.
But indeed there was space for what Chuck (and us) believed Saul/Jimmy wasn't capable of. After all this time, after all the cons, tricks, shortcuts, after all the deaths there was finally redemption down the way. And the price is eighty six long years which means being prisoned until death but also living a more honorable and decent life.
PD: finally we got to see WW explicitly admit his biggest regret and Mike doing the same. Two hugely valuable scenes.
The music at the end, Jesse watching another of his girlfriends die, Walt having nothing but money . Damn.
I'm rewatching the whole show and can affirm D'Arcy Carden's job is amazing. Definitely the characters suits perfect on her
Rewatching this wonderful finale, I can say only one thing:
Yeah, redemption bitch!
The pope car shooting zombies was hilarious
I didn't enjoy the appearance of WW and JP as I thought I would. Maybe because at the beginning it seemed pointless like straight fan service. Although, then it became clear by some superb transitions that Gene is going to make a huge mistake similar to the one he made by chosing to work with Heisenberg, still it wasn't what I was expecting.
Also, Aaron Paul was so different. I mean, I know that almost a decade has passed since BB ended but it seemed like a makeup problem.
Summing up it's a great episode, mostly because of the Gene plot and what the transitions meant.
Everything is going to blow up :/
i laughed a lot with this movie, even when not being the targeted audience the film is funny
A few hours after I had finished this episode I kept thinking about it and I just realized that the one who asked Jimmy to change his name was Chuck and not Howard. Knowing this the billboard situation is completely different. Again, poor Jimmy.
Powerful episode, Walter continues being more malefic each time and definitely what he did is going to blow up in the future.
Why voting before its released?

That dinner scene lmao so uncomfortable
That report on Tyrus was racially motivated.
An overall of 7 points to this episode but the W.W. scene increases that to 8.
