Amazing cinematography! I enjoyed the soundtrack a LOT too, and the choreos were sharp as a knife in the fighting scenes of Charles, especially. Female actors were all beyond good too. Story might not be the best ever told, but it has a vibe of quality to it you can consistently feel throughout the series. Recommend for cinema lovers imo <3.
I didnt think it would be that way, but it actually pains me how few people seem to have understood the in-depth meaning of this movie. It had a red thread and clear message from start to finish, never deviated from its view or the message it was trying to convey. I did feel like I didnt fully understand the entire meaning at first, so I watched a "Men explained" video or two and i completely got it. I would strongly recommend to watch it, if you are interested in male toxicity explained and visualised, and the alltogether hurtful patriarchy, for women, as well as for men, depicted in a way I can only call beautifully insightful.
