Excellent episode where Dot shines. The animation is top-notch and the music makes the battle more tense.
There's a lot of great, creepy parts of this season. But there's also a lot of great character developments. Splitting the party between Hawkins and California gave a lot of time for people to develop.
The season had some pacing issues, with the final episode 2.5 hours to conclude all the things they started. They could've done better at integrating the stories earlier so that the season blended more smoothly.
Still, there's a lot of good drama throughout.
Great to learn more about the demon and the backstory. Intense action. Glad Max won a small victory. Still into it.
Definitely a lot of Seinfeld allusions here. But it was still a fun episode and a good ending to the whole thing.
Great episode. I really enjoyed how all the storylines connected.
Fantastic humor with the lawn jockey
Surprised the mayor called in. John Carpenter was a bit odd. Fun discussions and panel. The Saymo saga was a nice send-off.
Very intense episode. I don't really get the Vecna stuff yet and where it's leading.
Great section with Dennis towards the end. Fun episode .
A lot of tension in the episode
A strong episode on a dark subject though I would've liked to see Beverly alive and more focus on the crime that took place
A good right with Archie and the family. His ending was cringey but in character
An interesting look at the creeping fascism of racism
Great to see Dot get a lot of character development
Edith's emotional pain is really displayed well.
The character dynamics and the unraveling of Cousin Liz provides an interesting look at gay perceptions in the 1970s.
I like how tensely the episode ended
The mind scape was neat, but the solution seemed kinda lame
This was a fun episode and Soloman really came across as a good character.
I wasn't pleased with the whole essay, particularly the violations of the prime directive. But it was neat to visit a pre-warp society.
Archie's character really shines here in the eulogy. That Cunningham was Jewish was an interesting twist.
Good ending to Rayquaza and good to get Sprigatito evolving.
A long episode, longer than many movies, wraps up the season with plenty of exciting moments. I think the whole thing was exciting and gave the characters a lot of heartfelt and action beats.
The actual action ends about 40 minutes before the actual episode ends. The rest is just aftermath and there's a lot they try to wrap up. I think that's an unfortunate side effect of the season pacing.
The last ten minutes sets up the next season.
A very tense episode that's got a lot of interesting discussions
A very tense episode that's got a lot of interesting discussions
This episode had a driving plot that kept me engaged. It's good that the One/Vecna plotlines have some convergence. I think the CGI at the very end wasn't too good.
A fun ensemble of guests and some weird call-ins
Good to see more characters interacting together. We're also really getting into the meat now.
Deeply eerie. The different characters are neat to see back with all the same problems of teenagers.
Charlie does great acting while the rest of the story just kinda wraps up the Ireland saga
