Beautifully shot but immensely tedious to watch
A generally decent season with some deeply funny moments, perhaps a bit "meta" and lacking the depth of previous seasons. However, the guests that featured in this season were off the charts. Even if it's not as great as previous seasons it's still one of the funniest and original shows on TV.
My takeaway is that this season is so very aware that this is the penultimate outing for the show, which might explain some of my reservations, I just hope they've teed this up to knock it out of the park in Season 8.
I wanted to like this but found the lead character completely obnoxious and unwatchable.
Honestly that was abysmal, the CGI was actually hilariously bad
Probably the greatest episode of Big Mouth ever. Funny, disarming, and completely unashamed.
Really deeply uncomfortable TV, an unflinching portrait of how these sexual predators operate and the mechanisms around them that enable or cover for them. The last scene was chilling.
The title of this episode is quite funny when you come from a country where "nosh" has another very different slang meaning....
Really annoying episode, I couldn't make it through the first 5 minutes.
Makes Space Jam look like a masterpiece, utterly forgettable rubbish
I loved the callback to the first season and the UK version in Frank's monologue at the end.
Holy shit that bonfire scene at the end completely destroyed me. All those photos, toys, and belongings going up in flames like the person never existed. Brutal and heartbreaking.
"the second one's a different colour" I'm absolutely dying :joy:
I absolutely loved the recap song
Had one or two funny lines, but what in fuck is this show supposed to be? Really strange vibes.
Watched the first episode and it was pure cringe (but not in a good way) thought I'd give it a chance but episode 2 was just dull, so I've stopped watching.
F****** garbage, a disjointed jumble of ideas loosely strung around a movie about super powers.
MODERATION EDIT: Be respectful.
I hope they didn't really cut a dogs leg off!
I really can't tell if Moritz's dad is actually a really terrible police officer or whether his son being a drug dealer is just so outside his idea of reality that even though he's joining all the dots he refuses to see the whole picture.
compared to previous seasons this was so disappointing and boring.
Absolute garbage, a whole heap of charmless performances in this tired and utterly forgettable movie.
This episode took the show to the next level.
