What a cliffhanger! A great plot with a couple of twists, it sure is good to see those aliens again too.
Not terrible. Definitely have to suspend belief a bit for some aspects. Some cool kills, but would have been better if even more rapists got killed and they outed the frat at the end.
Some pretty forgettable, standard Z-Grade, straight-to-video horror. It's impressive how much they accomplished with soo little, but it's probably not worth the time. The opening, with Zombies emerging from the TV is pretty effective and looks cool, but after that it's all downhill...
Exellent acting. It's started good, but after a while the movie was like listening to the craziest Youtube educated conspiracist on full meltdown mode. Judd's character change was too drastic and too fast.
I would like to personally fight anyone who says that Alycia Debnam-Carey is not one of the best actors of her age. She continues to do nothing but impress with absurdly deft and nuanced performances.
why can’t anyone be on this do anything they’re told? lol. Madison tells Alicia DO NOT tell ANYONE that there’s only six weeks of water left. what does Alicia do? tells literally the whole ranch.
don’t even get me started on Nick lol. all of the sudden now he’s cool leading the militia and fighting Walkers crew? wtf
A decent start to season 3. Travis has gone from a normal man to a zombie killing beast. I can't wait to see what he does next!!
kinda a shitty death for chris. probably would have been better if he just disappeared into the sun and was never heard of again.
happy to see nick stepping up into more of a leadership role.
reason number 46329284 why i hate madison
WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU RISKING THE SAFETY OF YOUR DAUGHTER AND EVERYONE ELSE TO MAYBE POSSIBLY SIGNAL TO YOUR SON WHO VERY INTENTIONALLY WALKED AWAY FROM YOU?!?!?
i get it, i get that she's his mother and she will always care, but i'm so far beyond done with her putting everyone else in danger for her own selfish gain, especially in times like this where she doesn't even have a guaranteed gain. she doesn't even know if he's out there looking or wants to find her.
i will be very pleased when she is gone.
on the other hand, nick seems to be finding a place for himself. still making some dumb decisions, but he's by far the most relatable and likeable character. i'm also happy he seems to be taking a more centered role.
ah, nick. nick, nick, nick.
this show would be nothing without him.
though i am starting to feel that alicia is carving out her own place on the show. still begging for madison and travis to be killed off.
reinforcing again that nick is the best character of the show. madison and strand are idiots. but the dumbassery was at a minimum on this one so, decent episode.
so madison and travis are awful people, why is this the family we have to follow in the apocalypse? why couldn't it have been the rogers from down the street who play bridge on sundays or something? maybe an actually good person?
the kids here have a lot of potential though. i hope nick takes more of a center role in the series later on. i guess we're just waiting for the directors and writers to realize how great of a character he is.
I was really hoping this movie would be freaking awesome! It was still pretty good, bloody, gory, and even a little bit psychedelic. The action scenes were a little tepid though.
I really wanted to like this. Was expecting something like Psycho Goreman without the comedy. I appreciate some cool ideas in here but it doesn't know how to put them into a narrative. It looks beautiful and has decent practical effects but as a whole I'm not enjoying it at all. It often jumps all over the place and also features one of the lamest investigation I've ever witness. I barely know anything about the characters. The detective was being asshole for no reason. It just feels empty and there's no tension . The sound doesn't do anything much to support the film. I'm disappointed.
Really good start of the season!
Really like the flashback of Samantha's abduction!
Wondering what actually happened to the tape. Did Scully do something to it?
The horror was done well in this episode. The only complaint I have is WHY DIDN'T STEVE TRY THE OTHER DOOR?!
the same story as 'an american werewolf in london'
Nice acting there from the healer.
Pretty tense story with Scully's old FBI flame dying during a shootout. Legally dead, they are able to restart his heart but somehow he takes on the personality and memories of a killer.
Secondary characters in this episode: None
A gender bending killer is on the loose. The duo suspects a group of Amish-like folks called the "Kindred", who are certainly not what they appear. They seem to have a strange sexual command over people and can change from male to female of vice versa. Scully is nearly bedded by one of them because they have a way of seducing. The scene in the cave where they rejuvenate one that has died is odd. I like the ending. The Kindred escape and Mulder and Scully find a crop circle that hints that the Kindred were actually aliens. This one's goofy but I like it more now than previous viewings.
Secondary characters in this episode: None
Mark Sheppard did a perfect job once again!
I thought the guy would be one of the geeks that would help Mulder later in the series. Sad that he got killed.
Aliens! Conspiracies! Spooky Mulder! After the awful last episode, this felt like a classic X-Files episode done better.
It won't be long before God himself joins the Miracle Division or whatever it's called.
This guy really gets it
"Massive hunt is definitely what I think when I see her" - that made me laugh so hard!
"I know Harry shags Hermione in the end"
umm... okay:joy::joy:
Nice movie, pretty funny! Just a little bit different.
A hard tale well told
