Goblin Slayer: 1x01 The Fate of Particular Adventurers

Definitely didn't make me want to see more, maybe it gets better but that seemed unnecessary.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation: 2x09 The White Mask

Back on track! I really liked this episode and the possible implications for the future. Nanahoshi is immediately a very intriguing character.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation: 2x08 The Fiancé of Despair

This show is starting to disappoint me a bit, both in its focus and the direction Rudeus is headed in. It felt like he was a changed person early in the season but has been slipping deeper into his degeneracy since and it makes it even more uncomfortable for me that Sylphiette is central in the story right now, because she is a good and innocent person.

It's low points and actions like these that I think of when Rudeus succeeds, or triumphs. I can't help but resent his success when he spends his time kidnapping and molesting women. How am I supposed to root for him at all? No one else around him acts nearly as perverted and repulsive as him, yet it seems that everyone is drawn into him and either reveres or adores him, which is extremely gross to watch. Like they just don't even care about how gross he's really acting, but it's not like the show is really critiquing his behaviors, he almost never faces repercussions. Losing faith in this show that has had some pretty good moments.

Fruits Basket: 1x05 I've Been Fooling Myself

Maybe a record for the fastest an anime has made me cry, loved this episode and really looking forward to seeing more of this show.

Visually stunning, with a few moments of uncanny valley and a few more of horniness.

Mob Psycho 100: 3x01 Future ~Career Paths~

It's good to see more of Mob + Reigen, but it's a shame that Crunchyroll dropped the ball on the English dub and let Mob's VA walk due to whispers of unionization.

Mythic Quest: 1x06 Non-Player Character

After the greatness that was the previous episode, this regression hits like a ton of bricks. The only two characters that I have any interest in at this point are Poppy and Rachel, and they're just the whipping posts for all the other insufferable characters.

Mythic Quest: 1x05 A Dark Quiet Death

Holy shit, this was fantastic. This is the show I was looking for when I started watching Mythic Quest, but I didn't find it until this episode. Cristin Miloti is outstanding in the episode, and Jake Johnson is pretty good too. This is totally watchable for anyone, no matter if you've seen the show or not. I knew the creative team had it in them, given the great minds behind the show.

What If...?

At no point in watching this show did I feel like it justified its existence to me. The last 2 episodes were somewhat enjoyable, but the rest didn't really grab my attention. Maybe the show wasn't intended for me, because it certainly didn't feel like it. Solid from a production standpoint, but that's typically a given with Marvel.

Fleabag

Spectacular. Such a beautiful show, Phoebe Waller-Bridge is unbelievably funny, endearing, and heartbreaking all at once in this series she created. Made me laugh so hard but then managed to consistently break my heart.

Chernobyl

Terrifying and haunting, but presented in a beautiful way, and would've been a great show without them, but Jared Harris and Stellan Skarsgard give truly amazing performances that elevate the series to another level.
