Wait so the huge thing we saw was the muscle monster ? I'm a little disappointed. I expected a new one and much bigger. But that also mean they keep evolving, because he clearly couldn't be this big inside the building. Anyway, again Yi-Kyung is the ultimate badass and this fight is awesome.
The guard is the first person with symptoms we see, isn't it weird we hadn' t seen him yet ? In general it feels like the monster are pretty peaceful. Hyun-Soo has done a lot of exploring, the stairs are barricaded sure, but not one comes knocking. What are they doing when no human is around ? Same with the eye monster that did not come back. Or even the muscle one. Why did it never try to enter in the building again ? What could have stopped it ? And the woman in her cocoon ? Was it her final form ? She doesn't go out ?
The final fight with Samurai Priest Teacher (what's his name ?) is incredibly well done too. I think it's the first time they collectively feel the loss of one of their own, no one cared for bald guy for instance. Well, I'm not sure it was necessary though. This monster was neither smart nor fast nor strong. He probably would have had many opportunities to deal with it without blindly sacrificing himself. Still, very powerful scene.
That was probably the best episode yet.
