I usually do not watch TV episodes till after the credits roll but there is actually an after credits scene here that noone should miss!
Funny that the returning word in the episode titles is "Woe", which is the common abbreviation of "Woensdag", the dutch word for "Wednesday".
this was epic! was laughing so much, "like father, like father, like son!"
I do not understand the criticism about this episode, my guess is that it isn't mainstream, plus it is a female lead, she's deaf, yada yada excuse.
I thought the show was a really fun extension to the MCU, as it is not in the cookie cutter mold that has made them so successful. This show is fresh, we see a deep dive into a character who was badass for the short time she appeared, and it was so out of the box per MCU standards, it was something awesome to suddenly have appear.
Can't wait for the next episode!
Just found this on netflix and ended up getting through it very fast. I found the way they handled the underlying addiction topic to be fantastic, as they represent it pretty accurately. This was a hidden gem for me, and my only complaint was how season 3 ended in 2020, and it is now 2024 with no update...
Spectacular movie, but also very sad since it was Paul Reubens's last movie.
I enjoyed it a lot! A fun lowkey comedy for sisters & messy gals… for me it struck the exact right blend of formulaic comforting heartwarming and quirky surprising humor. whoever created this part for Sandra Oh is a genius too
Love to see all the great actors from reservation dogs - but it's hard to forget their characters rules from there ...
Unfrosted - :heart:x7
This is simply a fun, silly look at the cereal wars of the 1960s. Bottomline, it put a huge smile on my face - it really is quite silly and fun!!
How I rate:
1-3  = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6  = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8  = I expect you will like this too
9-10  = movies and TV shows I really love!
It’s a ridiculous story…. But funny as hell! The cameos are worth the watch alone.
Consistently funny; this is a delightful and wonderfully performed comedy.
There is no logical explanation as to why I (secretly) love this movie. It makes me laugh every. single. time. It must be the perfect casting, Steve Zahn especially. This movie and "That Thing You Do" are his two funniest roles, IMO. Neil Diamond's appearance (and actual role in the movie) is the icing on the inexplicably delicious cake.
