The only comedy or animated show to come close to South Park and Rick and Morty. Incredibly funny!
Definitely not for kids, even more mature than either of them.
It's great at holding me over while waiting for new South Park and Rick & Morty episodes.
I'd also suggest the following, as the top adult cartoons of the modern era, roughly ranked from "best" to "also very extremely good":
● South Park
● Rick and Morty
● Final Space
● Big Mouth
● Cartoon President
● Animals (get past first couple episodes, S02 is brilliant)
● Jeff & Some Aliens
● Disenchantment
● Bob's Burgers
● Paradise PD
● American Dad
● Family Guy
● F is for Family (get past first 2 episodes).
● Futurama
If somebody is confused about episode information or similar. Due to TMDB guidelines, "YouTube videos, including viral videos and videos created by popular YouTubers or famous actors" is violating their entry and isn't accepted. Guess it's time to migrate to TVDB
I never thought I would like to watch that, but it's completely different than I expected. Give the show a chance and watch the first episode. You can then decide whether you want to continue the series.
This is the best adaptation of Sherlock Holmes I have ever seen.
The anime reminds me a lot of a Death Note or Code Geass, but I personally find the resulting psychological warfare to be better thought out and expressed in this anime.
Before this adaptation, I did not know the character Moriarty in the Sherlock Holmes franchise, I was not a very big fan of the franchise, but now thanks to this adaptation, I can say that the character Moriarty is one of my Favorite Anti-Hero of any franchise.
Everything is extremely logical, the story as well as the narration, the themes are very philosophical and the whole is very engaging.
There is no such thing as good or bad, even the main antagonist of the story turns out to be a protagonist that our Moriarty uses for his purposes.
There are even references to James Bond and Jack the Ripper.
The opening and ending are both excellent and the musics/ost are all very well used.
I recommend this anime to anyone who likes novels and manga such as Sherlock Holmes, Lupin, Death Note, Code Geass, etc ...
And who love all that is psychological and phylosopic warfare.
... I dunno If I'm alone in this but Season 17 felt so rushed, not just because it had 10 episodes... But as if Trey Parker and Matt Stone didn't really want to do it to begin with... Ever since season 16 the show just feels like its keeps on going downhill...
Paradise PD is an incredibly funny new animated adult show, with very adult themes and relevant political satire/commentary for all parties, highly reminiscent of Brickleberry, which is great for holding me over while waiting for new South Park and Rick & Morty episodes.

I love that show... it's unique!
I can't wait to see the next episodes!
