how could a film that bases an entire storyline around a Ratatouille joke not be absolutely fantastic?
Wow only a 61% rating and it hasn't even been released yet. It's so bad people from the future built a time machine just to travel back to warn us!
Great start to the season. Loved the new characters and also the development of old ones. It’s so creepy though!! Like more graphic or something. Love Eddie. He seems very cool
There's no way that they just left us with THAT cliffhanger. What an absolutely incredible penultimate episode serving to be the best episode so far and genuinely one of my favourite pieces of the entire MCU to date. This was one hell of an emotional rollercoaster and I'm so much more
attached to both Marc and Steven and I cannot wait to see how the season ends next week! I genuinely cannot properly put into words how this episode has made me feel, but I still have tears in my eyes.
I don't care about the TV vs. film debate. THIS is cinema.
When Marvel makes a better Uncharted than the Uncharted movie :joy:
That ending was wild though. Can't wait for the next episode!
How did that sex scene manage to be less graphic yet so much hotter than the ones between Simon and Daphne? Anthony and Kate truly outsold
Really wanted one universe jump where he meets himself as Sherlock Holmes
Man, rest in peace Lance, a great choice to play Zeus, he will be missed
I usually like the big speeches in Bridgerton, but not Edwina's. I feel like she's terribly unfair to Kate.
Oh the vile carriage drivers! During THE scene, I was just thinking that they must have heard all the panting and were like "oookaaay, let's keep on driving for a bit" but no :D
I'm really liking this show (I think I've said it every week/every review). It's just enjoyable easy watching. I'd gladly watch another season of this.
I liked it, but the dialogues felt quite forced, almost like every line was meant to be a Tumblr quote. The acting may have contributed to this feeling, as there were moments where it felt underwhelming. However, overall, I still got the sense that the script was heavily influenced by the Live Laugh Love people.
Well the show was declining but this final episode was actually a good send-off. my opinion
I am not OKEY!!!! NOT AT ALL!!!
the adaptation has a good start, it's amazing how they captured the feeling of the graphic novel and there is even Olivia Colman as Nick's mom, we won heartstopper stans
Cheong San was my favorite character :sob:
WHAT KIND OF ENDING WAS THAT?!!!! I NEED CLOSURE
I thought the house of hades would be different. It lacks details.
Not them finding out they're both from the future thanks to BTS, I'M YELLING
I usually don't leave comments, but this show is incredible. The plot, the character development, the magic, AND THAT FINALE OH MY GOD. I am so looking forward to the next season.
This Spring is blessed with five good dramas airing at the same period ; among them Business proposal has the simplistic and most cliche story and yet it is ranked second and on par with 2521 in terms of viewership and overseas engagement. The fact that both airing in Netflix internationally might have in getting wider audience but its the cast and their chemistry that has bought forward such tremendous response.
the director must love olivia rodrigo
I truly cannot express in words how much I adore Lady Violet Bridgerton She’s so gentle, loving, adorable and vibrant; her scenes always make me smile <3
P.S. Colin has seriously been giving such small d*ck energy lately:rolling_eyes:
The second half of this season contained more storyline than the entire franchise combined.
I won't consider this a great sequel to its predecessor, at least in terms of overall quality. The first half had no coherence and many scenes had bad tropes/stereotypes, while the second half of it had me taken. By episode 4, I found myself not wanting to watch further. Yet I saw it through till the end and I didn't regret it.
The acting was superb as always, by both the main leads and the supporting characters. The core story in this season was more mature than the first, and I was pleasantly surprised by the second half. Especially so after the disaster the first half was. As a result, it felt rushed. The direction and writing for this season could have been better too. Overall, I am not sure whether I'll re-watch this season, although the story is worth a mention! Besides, the music and cinematography were on point.
As long as you have some patience with dramas, I think it deserves a chance!
na il-deung just because you’re perfect in every other way, don’t think i’m gonna move past that lose weight comment :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
The Shin Gue-mi story inside the story is actually interesting in itself and foreshadowing what might not happen here!!
When did they tell Young-seo that Ha-ri & Tae-moo were dating .. she was not suprised when they were hugging
This rain date is the best date ever ! I love how she helped him without showing it !! distracting him lot of stories and blocking the view but TaeMoo is smart and playing along with her .. this is love my friends ... not some fated or destiny love but love that comes with two adults meeting.
So far the troupes and cliches in the show are good and i just hope we dont get amnesia troupe due to accident
The worst thing that could happen at the end of a tv show we like, is the feeling that we will never see it again.
The best thing that could happen at the end of a tv show like this, is that it can't get much worse.
