I watched the first episode. If you like this style and this type of series, I definitely recommend you to watch it. It's lively and the acting is good. The effects and the subject are excellent. When I watch all the episodes, I will come back and write here. I wish everyone a good time.:grinning::smiley:
Don't cancel it, Netflix.
Please?!
if a show could be a soulmate, this one would be mine :black_heart::black_heart::black_heart:
I'm not familiar with the comics and when I first heard about it, I wasn't entirely convinced... ghosts solving crimes, really? But when I saw Neil Gaiman's name, I decided I had to try it... and I don't regret anything, I love it with all my heart... characters, plot... and of course references to Sandman. Well, with Neil and people from Supernatural, it just had to work. I really hope we get another season:fingers_crossed:
Ghostbusters meets Supernatural type of vibe.
So far, so good. I wish the characters were older.
A very good and enjoyable series. Lots of things going on during the season. The detective agency solve some very interesting case's whilst the Cat King and the witch are always haunting the Detective agency in the Background. Very interesting and entertaining series. Well worth a watch. Highly recommend. Looking forward to the next season. :thumbsup_tone1:
A really interesting pilot! I can definitely see myself really liking this show; it has an interesting premise and I’m curious to see how the mystery will unfold.
I despite Buckner-Leming and as usual, their pacing was way off and there are ALWAYS consent issues with those two so why would tonight be any different? But that was a seriously intense episode and I am SO ANGRY at the Winchesters for giving up on Jack so easily. They are his family. He has always been motivated by the best of all possible intentions. They owe him more than that. He deserves better than that. cries in nephilim
I haven't watched That 70's Show so I can't say how it compares to this. But so far I'm enjoying this show. It's funny with charming characters. Very cheesy and teen-y but I mean that's kinda the point of this show.
First episode was a hard slog, but it got better as the series progressed. Not bad!
This is the best show people never gave a chance
This is not "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air".
This is not a comedy.
This is not 1993.
This is a realistic take that fills in the gaps. As a Philadelphian born and raised, this show has made me proud. As the product of an urban environment, and as a black man, this show is telling a coming-of-age story that I've seen and lived. The family dynamic. Will not belonging. The struggles of a rich black man, even from his own community, trying to be accepted... this is reality and the acting, cinematography and wardrobe are FRESH. Thank you, Will Smith, for seeing Morgan Cooper's vision. I will enjoy this season, even if it's the only one.
Good start ! Very faithful to the story and overall vibe of the Sandman comics, gotta love it
people are hating it cause it's TOO GAY... I guess I'll watch it twice.
A controversial ending that I'm sure will receive a lot of hate, but I personally loved it.
Dexter has broken down, mentally and physically throughout New Blood, and his son was his final hope of gaining happiness or the prospect of a happy life. But acknowledging that he deserved to die for the betterment of Harrison is the most noble thing he could have done, and it almost brought a tear to my eye. love it or hate it. But some of the best ones often are. It will be studied and analysed for years to come, and I hope people who dislike it so much may come to like it more someday.
Farewell to an amazing show, and an amazing character.
[Initial Impression] An excellent, quality production. Fine performances. Great writing with real heart-pounding action. Not only is it a Canadian :flag_ca: production, but it is set in Canada :flag_ca: - the first is not unusual, the second is, yet I see a rise in the confidence that good productions, once proven, will be picked up by American and even International broadcasters, which will allow our productions to earn their keep. Based on this premiere, I give this series an 8 (great) out of 10. [Medical Drama]
Excellent show. Very pleased. Well written, well acted. And Canadian!
Aidan Gallagher is an incredible talent for his age I found myself really impressed with his performance.
Really enjoyed this more than I thought I would! Aidan Gallagher stole the show as Number Five- who returned thru time as the mature 5 but in his younger body. He really nailed the part until it was hard th believe he is actually just fifteen yrs old! Recommended viewing!
Such a great show! I was not expecting it to be nearly as good, but it totally consumed me until I finished it. I see some people saying that the show moved too slowly and was boring, but to me personally, it was the complete opposite. I found the show very enjoyable and I was interested in every minute of it. I also really loved that not everything was revealed right off the bat, although the plot was a little predictable it sure as hell is worth a watch. I hope we get a second season, I'm really looking forward to it!
I forgot to mention Number Five, he steals every god damn scene he is in, it's incredible.
A second edit, I hate myself for forgetting to add this the first time around, but the music... holy hell the music was PERFECT.
I enjoy a new spin on the sweet little mermaid, idea. This I love, more up to reality. Just keep them episodes coming!!
Love Everything about this show. Haven’t had something fresh like this in a long time. Keep the shows coming!!!!!
I'm a simple woman, I see Matthew Goode, I watch.
Now this is entertainment!! - If you love mystery, sci-fi, and non stop action, then this is the show for you. Parts remind me of Blade Runner and Total Recall. If you like this sort of thing then check you 'Expanse' also. I binged watched this, and can't want for a second season.
Awesome show.
My son favorite show
