The youngsters playing in the water, having fun, building a tower out of the totems... bro, I couldn't be prouder of my generation!:heart:
Zera does have a truth in her words, however from her phrasing and "knowing" her personality, her intentions aren't pure either. It's not "the guys don't let us, women, speak", but rather "the guys don't let me speak". Which, I know, can be frustrating too, I'm not arguing otherwise. However, from what I've seen so far, Zera didn't have any mindblowing ideas or tactics. So it's not like "the men are dumb that they don't listen to the voice of reason". I'm still agreeing with her, that yes, everyone should have a say in what they will do, what the technique will be, but since Zera herself didn't remember/realize that they had to put the n1 barrel on the platform first, I'm not sure why is she so pissed that they didn't listen to her. That was their team's only mistake, and it was huge because NONE of them knew that they should put the barrel first.
I was super surprised how Zsombor told his raw, honest opinion about Nóri and Wendy. I wholeheartedly agree with him (though I most probably would've tried to deliver it less harshly like Tomi did), and it's so sad to hear Nóri deflect these "allegations" and instead blame Zsombor and overall the boys. Yeah, they're not buff bulls like Jani or Kori, but for their fitness levels (especially the gamer boy, Zsombi) they are doing really well. Nóri and Wendy are deadweights in this team. Sorry to put it this harshly, but it is what it is.
Also, I just remembered... Didn't Emma say she trained for this show for 6 years? That's one thing that she passed out at the beginning - that can happen to anyone -, but she willingly steps out of the games. Aren't the games a core part of the Survivor experience? Then why rob yourself of that? She's far from the strongest, she's far from the smartest (or at least she hadn't said any good ideas out loud yet), she doesn't participate in the games, so... what were all those years of "training" for?
Zsombi helping the girls down from the motorboat was so cute! - It wasn't necessary, of course, but I bet the girls still appreciated it. And the fact that (even though the camera didn't show it) he probably helped Zsombor down too was amazing! :joy:
It was 100% fair from Anett that she told (to the "private" camera) that she thinks Zsombor is really kind and a good guy, but she's not interested in him. I know how awkward it is to kinda brush off flirty comments from a guy who you just don't see that way, but I also hope that she won't just stay silent about it and will tell him or at least really obviously show it to him that she's not interested in him. Certain guys (and some girls, too) interpret kindness and hanging out as the other person being interested in them, so I cross my fingers that Anett is as smart as she proved to be so far, and will tell Zsombor how it is. Kindly but firmly.
Vivi is worse than a trained dog at this point. :joy::joy: "I promised Jani to support him", like bro, chill, it's literally day 5, you can suck his d*ck after the game too... :person_facepalming:
I saw a teeny tiny light in her when she tried to involve Zümi, then even went up to her to talk and advised for her to try to be around the others, not isolate herself. But man, I still truly hope that falling head-over-heels for Jani will be the end of Vivi's stay in Survivor. She seems like the kind of person who'd still loudly defend Jani if he beat her up (not saying that he would do that).
Vivi was sympathetic to me at the beginning when she talked about her sister and such, and I would like her determined personality - if she'd use some brains too. Now she's just head-over-heels for Jani, excuses his poor judgement left and right, and basically hates on everyone who seems to be even slightly disliking or annoying him. Pretty pathetic personality trait. :person_shrugging:
Aaaand after the end of the game, Jani successfully showcased why most Hungarians despise gypsies in our country. Saying that he'd gladly choke Olivér in his sleep (among other things)?? And, of course, Vivi the sickeningly horny but dumb b*tch (sorry, there ain't no lighter way to say it) STILL defends her one-and-only(-d*ck) and gangs up on Olivér with him. Ugh, I truly hope they'll yeet the - as he called himself - gypsy kid outta here fast cuz sadly for the normal gypsies, he's just another disgusting stereotype.
Aaw, the oldies (sorry :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:) were so adorable praising the youngsters for their honest and respectful congratulations! :hugging:
Zümi's reasoning at the beginning was super simple and fair: just lower the volume cuz it's fucking nighttime and some people could and want to sleep. The reception to that was the loud-mouthed ones saying she's too sensitive, she just wants to create drama... like... huh??? That's a totally normal and reasonable thing to ask, but the Hungarian mentality kicks in - the louder your voice is, the more your opinion will echo through the others (and usually the more stupid you are :person_shrugging:).
(Sad English comment on a Hungarian series)
Bro, I would be FUMING if I were on team blue, knowing what the viewers know. Like imagine having a teammate who, basically from day 2, SABOTAGES the team because tHe LoVE oF hIs LiFe is on the other team. I didn't like his previous comment either (if he had to choose between loyalty to his gf and loyalty to his team, he'd choose his gf in a heartbeat - super romantic (:face_vomiting:), but still fucking over his teammates who are innocent), and now this... Dude, if you can't put aside your relationship in a game... no, rather if you apply for a game from your own free will, knowing that you'll most probably have to play against your gf (who also applied from her own free will), PLAY THE GAME PROPERLY.
Even in gaming, I'm so pissed at (mostly) kids who start to throw because of petty reasons, but man, this is a whole another level. Them being all lovey-dovey was annoying af already (which is cringier than puppy love cuz these people are 29 and 32 yo), so now I can't wait even more for the teammates to realize they have been hindered with by the loverboy.
Zsombor's worst-case-scenario being him crying from the pain or feeling sick cuz he "can't allow that to himself" makes me shake my head in disbelief so fucking much. I cannot believe that from team yellow, the fucking 22yo, the youngest(!!) is the most mature and logical one. Almost all of that team is a mockery of my generation. (And yes, I wouldn't be able to do all these tiring games, be on the lvl heatstroke sun, eat minimal food, and sleep badly. But since I know my limitations, I'm not even thinking about joining Survivor. I do have the mental strength, I believe - which Zsombor obviously doesn't, if crying is his worst nightmare -, and I also have the brains to know that my body couldn't handle this environment.)
The youtuber guy, however, is still a mystery to me. Sometimes he's really level-headed and says things that suggest that he's mature enough to think like that, and other times he seems like a typical gamer guy with no irl skills. (I'm sorry, I know this is harsh, but I genuinely hope he'll break the gamer stereotype.) Like forgetting the fucking fire-maker device in his pockets when going swimming. :joy::joy::joy:
This time the time travelling seemed off for me. Cheng Xiaoshi acted all surprised like "huh? was it actually me who possessed Lu Guang and save myself?"... He wasn't at all like "yeah, that's something I'd do". So basically this time it seemed like Cheng Xiaoshi got the idea to do something (go back in time in Lu Guang's body) after it was done... if that makes sense written down. It does make sense in my head. :joy: It's pretty much a loop - he did save himself in Lu Guang's body, so surely he will have to make the decision to go back in time, right?
(Also, this news kinda disproves my comment for the last episode, since it turned out to be Cheng Xiaoshi who saved... Cheng Xiaoshi. BUT I know Lu Guang would've done it too.)
You cannot say that Lu Guang isn't together with Cheng Xiaoshi. Not after the very first episode with their shared glance, not after last episode's matching phone charms, NOT AFTER THIS STUNT AT THE VERY END OF THIS EPISODE!! Ugh, I HATE that China has this LGBTQ+ ban and Chinese studios/companies/whatevers can't make these relationships even more obvious.
This  is  so  f*cking  toxiiiic!
Why the F*CK just up and leave without telling your LOVE to wait a few more weeks/months until you graduate? Like DUDE. Way to cause someone yOU LOVE unnecessary worrying, doubt, guilt, and maybe even depression. :person_facepalming:
Man, I wanna see a Three x Zo spinoff more and more! :sob::hearts:
I get some people being attracted to goofy and childish individuals, but man, Cher is minimizing Gun's (bad) feelings left and right, it's annoying af. Always cracking a joke, whether it's appropriate or not. Sometimes you just gotta be serious and console your partner.
Umm... What?
Now you're just gonna lie to your partner, making sure he hates you to ruin your relationship with him... for what, exactly???
How did anyone ever watch this episode through and thought "wow, this isn't toxic at all!"... like genuinely...
So uuh, is it bad for me to say that Cher's actor did a much more believable job kinda cuddling up to Jack when they were on the motorbike than he did with Gun... ever? :joy: But no, really, that was so sweet of Jack to say, and Cher was so adorable smiling and leaning his head on Jack's shoulder.
That car scene was so childish... From both parts, but especially Cher was like a fucking child. Dude doesn't want to admit his feelings for his boss - okay, that's valid. But idk, a simple "I don't want to talk about this" or "I have trouble untangling my feelings" is far better and healthier in my opinion than saying "pffft, jealous? me???" and other shit like that...
On the other hand, Zo was such a walking green flag when he tried to calm Three down - and Three for realizing and verbalizing it!! That's a lot more healthy relationship than whatever Cher and Gun have (at least communication-wise).
Finally a Thai BL character who's not dense af despite being a grown-ass adult: Porsche. THANK YOU for pointing out the obvious (and, well, being the only one who noticed) that Cher is jealous about you being close to Gun.
I never understand how do 2 people (especially if they're sober) just not discuss what their kiss means in their relationship. Not talking about spin the bottle kisses (well, I'd discuss those too beforehand, but then again, I wouldn't play spin the bottle in the first place :joy:), but the standing-on-the-balcony-and-watching-the-rain-together types, you know?
I might be biased cuz 1) Gun is one of the main characters, and 2) he's just so so so beautiful to me, BUT I think I can say this in general: if a guy helps your family out all by himself, it's a huge green flag. If he's from a wealthy family and is used to much more sophisticated stuff - even bigger green flag.
Omagaa, how much I can relate to being in my 20s and having coworkers in their 30s and 40s childishly gossiping and fabricating lies about others (including me too, of course)...
The end of the episode!!!
Damn, the pretty girl turning out to be "not so pretty" is a disappointment for me - that means that she was only (or mostly) kind to Hyeong-Seok because she herself was "ugly" too in her original body...
The ending suggests a 2nd season which I'll definitely tune in on when/if it arrives. I liked this show a lot, especially how it portrayed Hyeong-Seok's relationship evolving with his mother.
Aww, the blonde guy is adorable! I was surprised that he didn't speak a word though - at the very beginning, he even had an inner monologue, so it was kinda strange that he turned out to be a notorious non-speaker...
Aaah, I already fell in love with that woman at the end!
And I still wonder what the blonde guy's deal is...
Fucking hell, I wasn't even halfway through the episode, and it already made me cry. :sob: How the dickhead bullies treated Hyeong Seok, and how his poor mother beared everything... Man...
I agree with Mortz (the other commenter), what he/she wrote is most likely how this story will turn out. I would be super hyped if the blonde guy would hit on Hyeong Seok tho! :eyes::joy:
All this teasing for this ending? Not even ONE kiss??? That's a disappointment...
I guess it was already a big decision for them to star in a BL drama as 2 members from the very same freshie idol group, but I mean... If you commit to it, commit to it all the way, no?
I feel like this 2-year gap was an unnecessary move. If they both have this strong feelings towards each other still, then it seems pretty impossible that they didn't once try to contact each other in one way or another...
Aaww, it's really nice to finally have an explanation for Tae-hyun's behaviour, or, well, "being", and not let it be like "well, he's just weird but he's okay". This way his reactions and his personality in general is much more clear and understood.
Umm... Not only Day and Itt's relationship is toxic af (and the guys separately are pretty much red flags too), but the scenes just don't make any sense, lol. This is some really poor editing/directing work.
It's a bummer cuz I was looking forward to these two guys' chemistry together, but man, wtf is this story"line"...?
DAYUMMM! I didn't know we were gonna get an EXTRA SPICY Tul/Waan scene!!!:drooling_face: Get them a spinoff of this spinoff! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
And Dean with that proud smirk after tricking Pharm to kiss him on the mouth, not the cheek!
Very cute series, can't wait to see BounPrem (Win/Team) in another one (hopefully with more chemistry-inducing scenes)!
Aaaaahh, Team&Pharm&Manaow's and Win&Dean's friendships are sooo big green flags!! Lovely, supporting friends who talk out personal and deep stuff, help each other out in difficult dilemmas, and give solid advice. Love them.
Okay,
1) Why not continue with the bathroom scene where it inconveniently got cut off in the last episode??
2) Why not make that single, pretty short scene again where Dean takes Pharm out? It's so obvious that Sammy (Manaow)'s hair is different, and you can clearly see on her and Team's face that they were a few years younger then.
3) It would've been awesome to keep the sexual tension up between Win and Team, like it was present in the first few episodes. Now it's ye' old Thai rom-com 101 plot... It's such a waste of chemistry to not have the two main actors show how good they suit each other...
Oooh, both the starting scene of Win scolding Team like crazy, and the middle of the episode where Dean talks to Win about his (Win's) feelings... both were fucking good.
Aawww, the swimming club president trio's little relationship talk was so wholesome! I love how they support each other without judgement, but are also honest and objective enough to tell Win to not give Team false hope.
And right after that, Pharm and Team's talk of the same topic... aaahhh! So cute!
We really, truly don't need all these additional pairs and the sh*tty storylines... Let just have us WinTeam full-time. Please
Wait, wasn't Tul a freshman in the original series? It's so weird seeing him not with Pharm, Manaow and Team but with Dean, Win and Phruek...
Win quickly bleaching the roots of his hair between two scenes... I'm glad that they got a lot of the OG series' scenes in this episode (meaning we don't have to rewatch a lot of them), but it still felt somehow... wrong to me ig? Idk.
DAAAYYMMM, the last few minutes!!!! Super hot chemistry between these two! The plot was pretty weird, but at least Win asked some of the most important questions - he could've also gotten verbal confirmation that Team wants to do this too. I mean, his/their actions spoke louder than words, but still, ya know.
