props to my boy Dylan G for holding that position for what seemed like an eternity!
Jesus Christ! I can’t remember to feel so tense watching a tv show episode as I felt here. Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait for season 2!!!!
Ser Criston Cole is a Dragon rider now!
So relieved they managed to fix the butter issue.
The directors clearly think Naomi is the most interesting character, but she is absolutely the least interesting character and I abhor constantly being forced to watch her whine and flail.
There's only so many times you can let your characters walk 'cool' in a slo-mo montage with music blasting before it becomes quite annoying.
Watch out, this one has a funny post-credits scene.
Well, this was a very adult episode to celebrate the 100th episode.
I actually went back to check if the previous episodes also had post-credit scenes (they don't), and realized that the intro and outro of the show is playing fast and faster each episode.
Not sure if it has any significance, but thought it was pretty clever that the increase was so subtle I hadn't noticed, until going back.
when okabe started speaking english and said "sonuvabitch" i LOST IT
The simplest argument to defeat a moral nihilist is to fucking kill them.
I've heard a lot of great things about this show and the first episode is very promising.
The premise is set in Germany and I believe the majority of our interactions with the main character will take place in the hospital though I'll likely be wrong. The story has already established what kind of person Dr Tenma is and I'm excited to see where his journey will progress throughout the next 74 episodes. An interesting concept I find intriguing is whether all human lives are equal or not. This has already created conflict within our main character's beliefs and morals and I'm excited to see what more he has to bring.
Overall great start
"Sounds like you're looking for our Piece of Shit Dad Package."
"That would be too good for my father."
Damn Diane.
To see Diane's obnoxious family and her terrible dad was sad. I'm glad she ran away and found Mr Peanutbutter. He seems like a nice guy. And it's nice to see one of my favourite characters (so far) has flaws.
Todd's massive scam is concerning. The fact that he got away with it for so long is scary. People will believe anything if it's a multimillion house, huh? Also, Diane exploding was freaky. And BoJack's longing for brothers was so unfortunate. I'm glad he pushed past it to help Diane.
That pen pal prank was messed up. I'm sad BoJack laughed and told Diane "Yeah, you wouldn't get it. It's a brothers thing," Ouch.
It's good.
7.5/10
i gotta say im glad that happened, Grace turned on an awful character and was nerfing tommy a lot.
Seems like were up for quite a exciting second season!
