Ridiculous premise, but cute and wholesome. We got completely invested.
Legit think Amy Adams did a brilliant job acting. Really sad that this will get rolled over by the poor plot
A dating show that invites her parents, sister, and best friend to the mix allows the courtship to escape from the reality tv, staged, raunchy escapade that we are accustomed to seeing these days.
This is like a dating version of Bridgerton, without the sex and scandal:sweat_smile:- but some PDA for sure.
The regency elements are fun and well integrated. The elimination ceremony involves actual conversations and dancing, which leaves you enraptured instead of bored waiting for a rose. Everyone is referred to by their last names (no “Dan R.” & “Dan M.”, instead it’s Mr. this or Dr. That!
And can I say, I love the pendants / brooches that they wear! The big “miss” is that they don’t incorporate those into more elements when talking / showing the gentleman.
For example they could superimpose it when showing their names to tell viewers who they are! One guy mentions off handedly that they chose these themselves ”Gaston”’s wolf. It was also INCREDIBLY helpful to be able to tell them apart during the first large event! This would have been ripe for Twitter hashtags!!
That being said, the editing is superb. There is obviously an incredible amount of content, because they are following the conversations of the bachelorette, her parents, her sister, and her best friend!
The host is also charming, present, empathetic, funny, and great all around! Somehow he has even done his hosting while sitting at a table with Ms. Remy on the side!!! It feels natural and fun.
The producers have also added some twists that shake things up. I was not expecting the new batch of guys at the end of episode 3!! This felt like The Circle.
I love the josh/ Amy Tahiti plot line
I both love and hate this episode. Really interesting but hard to watch if you have family dealing with dementia.
The ending scene is iconic. I love this episode.
This is the episode with “The Jackal”. These ratings are totally underrating it
Love it! It honestly reminds me of a dystopian reality show Ala Dr. Who or Black Mirror. Super fun!
Basically a teenage Christmas hallmark movie. The title “spoils” the plot. Anyone who started this movie should have known the ending before watching. It was cute and Christmas filled. Some fun, original Christmas songs too!
A decent episode, but it didn’t do too much to move the plot along. A bit of back story, but I have lots of questions about that dragon still. Side plots moved a bit more.

I love her but we were hoping those “comedians” would be switched each episode. Oh well :(
Boruto is literally the worst. He really needs to have multiple people die to get the stakes. I can see multiple more arcs of him screwing up and jeopardizing everyone.
Shukaku is literally the best part of the episode. I absolutely hate how pig headed boruto is!
Konohamaru-san deserves a nice girlfriend. Too bad she wasn't it. :(
He’s really gone! Answering question above.
THAT’s how it ended???? No wonder fans have been clamoring for more!
Why can’t any love story end well? At least she had a heart of gold. I was just hoping she loved cylons too.
How are all the episodes so tragic?
Nooooo! Not Troy! :( I didn’t expect him to be a dirty smuggler with another girlfriend. I’m so sad about that!
A bit awkward to start, but overall a good pilot.
This felt like an ode to millennials. I thought it was really sweet and hopeful overall.
It was distractingly poorly lit.
This is way more than 10 minutes.
Idris Elba must have cancelled; it ended up being Damian Lewis. :(
Great show! I am excited to see this getting released without waiting an entire year!
Doug Jones is a treasure. Any interview with him is always professional and insightful into the process & production.
Helpful for understanding the appeal & cultural significance.
The book is wonderful! It’s non-fiction! I’m so excited about this movie!!!
It’s the Truman Show but with magical girls.
