Never have I ever enjoyed a full 4 hours movie in one sitting. I just love it. The dark vibes, the character development (well, The Flash had the most superficial story and lines here IMO) are waay much better than the theatrical cut.
My favorite episode so far! Never thought that pointing out each other's bad habits would make a great storytelling like this episode. Watching this is just sooo fun, until we realize that the fights were just temporary and all we waiting for is Marshall's password.
Almost lose my patience during the story goes. This one will keep you waiting for the whole story to unfold. You keep guessing until the ending scene comes. Brilliant. Picturing how cruel the society could be.. wow.
Very enjoyable, though! It's not really good, but it's not that bad either. I thought that this would be a serious movie but it isn't, but the dark comedy had me some laugh. It has its own pace, Grace slowly turned into a badass girl who just wants to survive the game. I like her transformation!
I appreciate the originality of the animation tho, it's so cool! I feel like I'm watching a comic in a cinema (IMO). But too many characters, I'm having a hard time to understand it.
I'm so in love with the visual! Also the story is awesome, I enjoyed the pace. The characters have their own strong characteristics and played out pretty well. Too bad there are some scenes were cut (in my country). I love it, tho! This is a good start for DC!
I've been avoiding spoilers for this movie so I could watch this with my own expectation.. and it was worth it. It's really fresh and its plot complexity is well-excecuted. As much as I love musical movies, I didn't expect that the plot would be this neat and well-arranged. Well done, Chazelle. Instantly in love with this, oh, and the soundtracks too.
Not quite scientific accurate but this one definitely lets you think. Also some mistakes are noticeable. Doesn't matter tho, this is a kind of movie I would really enjoy watching over and over again.
