A stinking mess of bad CGI and hamfisted exposition, riddled with plot holes/
average dialogue, and topped off with changes to the core values and arcs of the main characters that make them flat, boring and unrelatable. It’s not as bad as the movie but I don’t understand why it needed to be made.
Agree with duyfken, Charlie Hunnam’s accent comes out as some weird hybrid of an Aussie, Kiwi and South African with all the wrong intonation and it detracts from the experience.
The first five episodes were great, the final two weaker and a bit rushed. Still worth a watch but couldn’t help feel there was a missed opportunity here.
