I'll start by saying that this is a great movie. Its paced out well and developed nicely. Story is solid, nothing to far fetched that you have to stretch to get involved. Saying that this movie has a certain feel to it. Not in a bad way either. It just has this under tone for the entire length that truly adds to the experience. I don't think this is too spoilery but I'ma blur it. The ending while nothing groundbreaking kinda sneaks up on you. In the way that it sets up the executes the end without giving you time to start thinking yeah I see where this is going.

I can't say that its bad, it's just something you've seen before. Might have expected more than I should've, but nothing new here. Still worth a watch though. Just not something you need to go out of your way to see.
Wasn't really excited about it considering I didn't think they could make a show out of a game like this. Honestly though, it's good. It reminds me of Z Nation. It doesn't take itself to serious but still has some gore/action scenes that aren't meant to be funny. I'm not saying this is the pinnacle of game adaptations but it does feel like the kind of thing you'd get from a PS1 game. Worth a watch from anyone but especially if you grew up playing the cheesy/corny games that we all loved even if they weren't thought provoking.
I can get enjoyment out of a bad movie given the right atmosphere. This on the other hand doesn't have any charm of unintended humor that would come with a good bad movie. I rated it a 3 because most of the kills are pretty good. But seriously, if you're curious to see any of them just look for them on youtube. There's nothing that redeems this movie. The plot, acting, costumes (I'll forgive because of the budget) just everything feels bad.
