Ends on cliff hanger. Starts new ep. 5 minutes in its good. next 40 minutes its quite disappointing. Ends on cliff hanger. Repeat.
A few minutes in and Iron Fist / Danny Rand is already getting on my nerves.
This movie is just as good as you would expect a movie titled baby driver would be.
The plot is incredibly foreseeable, the characters aren't that interesting, and the whole backstory as to how the main character baby ended up in this position was incredibly far fetched. But the movie isn't all bad, it has some great action scenes, and the way music is used is down right genius. The plot may be terrible, but i would still recommend watching the movie purely for its soundtrack. The songs were great, and it was such big part of the story, i loved the scenes in which they synced the beats up with the gun shots. Sadly i can't rate it higher than a 5 overall.
Eddie Murphy is his name, and Eddie Murphy has upped his game. If you wanna see something cool and groovy, switch over to Netflix for this superior movie. And it's not only Murphy's comeback that deserves the hypes, because this film also rejuvenates Wesley Snipes!
Highly recommended!
A very interesting and compelling story that is conveyed by a very poorly written script.
It polarises between melodrama with the victimisation of Jewell and his mother and the slutty journalist that sleeps her way to a first page story (for which there is no evidence) and the over zealous FBI agents that will go to any length to convict Jewell (which is not how it went down at all).
So between the shock value (that's made up) and the melodrama there isn't enough to turn a great story into a great film.
This was my first Madea movie I've ever seen, Madea as a character makes me wanna watch the rest. Has many funny moments as well as spooky.
