Awesome visuals, especially the Giger elements. Unfortunately most of the characters are acting incoherently, irrationally and somewhat randomly. Not the actors fault, they're all fairly good.

For some odd reason, it's broadcast on december 23rd here in Norway.
If you can look past the (Mariana trench sized) flaws, this epic bro story will satisfy you. Slightly less subtle than a kick in the teeth, but far more amusing.
The movie starts out not so bad, and then goes downhill. The plot is simple but effective enough, the zombie apocalypse has struck and a group of survivors are trying to get to a safe place they've heard of. The viewer doesn't really have a chance to get close to the characters, which hampers the enjoyment of the movie.
It looks like they ran out of money halfway, because the special effects at the end are really bad. Apart from that, zombie makeup and action scenes throughout the movie are unspectacular but sufficient.
It's one of those movies where several stories are told, apparently disjointed, and you don't see how they fit together until the end. Fairly enjoyable.
A bit heavy on the loud noise scares. Not at all badly executed, though of course the clichés run thick.
Horrible aggravating quasi music in every second scene. Incomprehensible plot. Somewhat interesting effects.
Slightly less horrid than DBS 2. Way better acting for the most part, but not without its share of dumb.
This movie makes no sense at all.
Good humor (but some is weird), good action scenes, and a plot that isn't too broken. Don't expect too much, and it's a fair way to spend 92 minutes.

Well, half the interviews sound like they were recorded next door to a disco, and I can't understand half of what they're saying.
This is laughably bad in places, maybe more so than the show. But it sure was nice to see everyone again!

I like the few callbacks to the first, but overall, this sequel does not measure up. And what's with all the RGB lighting?

Very interesting. I feel the coverage was fairly balanced between the two sides in the beginning of the movie, but towards the end it drifted towards the people with souls. It was also amusing to hear Peter speak norwegian!
A rather odd movie, about people and about cats. There are some bright points, but it wasn't too intriguing. You like cats, go for it.
I have to say kind of like this one, far more than I expected. Obviously it's an amateur movie, but it has quite a few good qualities. Most of all, the movie doesn't try to be anything it can't be, and I've seen far worse zombie flicks than this.
The relatively good
The premise, that we don't really know wtf the Higgs particle could do, is great. As is the location with those creepy dark tunnels. The special effects, while far from spectacular, are mostly decent, and used sparingly and effectively. The price is free, and it doesn't get better than that! The length is 75 minutes, not too long and fortunately they didn't try to drag it out to get to 90 minutes.
The bad
The plot. It's the zombie movie plot, though I kind of like the ending. The first part of the movie is rather slow. The characters are one-dimensional and not well developed, the Walking Dead this ain't. The scientific background is very rudimentary. You'd expect some kind of long ugly rambling complicated explanations from these scientist types, but it's skipped merrily over, which is just as well I suppose.
The first part also has no incidental music but this picks up in the second half, and is fairly well done there. It seems very uneven though.
The ugly
The acting ranges between mediocre and plain bad. This isn't surprising as they're all amateurs, but still something you should know. Again, this is most bothersome in the first part before the action starts.
All in all, 6 out of 10 quarks. The people involved in making this have good cause to be satisfied with the result.
It's pretty much a carbon copy of [Rec], only with different actors. Were they going for some kind of Pierre Menard effect? They should probably wait a century if so. I just don't get it.
