Might be my fav episode of the season so far. Full of hope and redemption.
I definitely want to be Carmy when in reality, I'm Richie and this episode helped me realize that. I don't think I would've said Richie was my favorite character before but I feel like this episode showed me that he is. I went through all the emotions with him on this one. He needs to be protected at all costs.
A bit of a messy episode and come on, you could see that cliffhanger coming from a mile away.. That was so extremely unoriginal..
Olivia Colman went hard, but Richie singing Taylor Swift in his car went even harder. The whole procedure, the ups and downs, really just a beautiful episode.
The hesitancy of Jeff while giving his number to Claire got me curious. He was leaving his number to the fridge guy at the beginning of this episode as 773-555-0901. He told Claire as 0902. A sad tiny detail.
I love this show! It really did not feel like 47 minutes had gone by. It was faced paced, exciting, and hilarious. I look forward to seeing where this season goes.
Also, stay after the credits for a post-credits scene as the MCU is well accustomed to doing by now!
this show is actually a lot more fun with the love/joe dual perspective. it's a breath of fresh air after two seasons entirely in joe's head.
I'll watch beheadings, disembowelement, dicks getting lasered off and even human centipede ass-eating, but "big needle through eye" is where i draw the FUCKING line.
Liked how the mother figure was the only one to survive, not without even more trauma, but still proving that either way she was right.
Loki is the most well-developed character in the MCU. This ending was truly worthy of the character!:green_heart:
The best growth of any character in the entire story, period. Amazing. As sad as it is he was destined to be alone, he always did have glorious purpose.
I’ll say it again, the growth of Loki throughout this series has been absolutely phenomenal. To go from a selfish villain to a selfless hero has been an epic journey. This is MARVEL in all its glory!
“You have… ONE hour!”
crack
“You have… five… minutes”
:sob:
Finally back! I missed this
10/10. Peak. This might be one of the best comic book TV finales or even episodes ever. Maybe this is recency bias but I don’t really care, this straight up floored me. Incredible.
"I have no memory of having my memory wiped"
Mobius is still hilarious.
What an epic finale. Very well done. Now I'm sad I have to wait for another season to release.
Absolutely epic return of Loki. I am glad that there is still a great content in Marvel universe after several disapointing movies and series in last 2 years.
I absolutely love all the details in enviroment, costumes, lore and everything. This episode felt like 5 minutes, how intensive all scenes were.
I know the popular thing to do on Trakt, and in all reviews, is whine whine whine, complain oh how stupid and awful, cry about how something ended so stupid, so this won't get as many likes, because I personally think this show ended pretty bad ass, Jack nailed a killer speech, and I'm glad they went with 6 episodes instead of trying to stretch it into 8 by adding some dumb subplots that didn't need to be there. Great job showrunners, this was as good as this show could've ended!
No idea what's going on, sue me for being dumb.
Absolutely astonishing. One of the best finales I've ever seen. I'm awestruck!
Everyone just gonna ignore the buffalo at the poker table huh? Okay!
It was great to see Finlay again.
Great season finale, they went all out!
Awesome final episode, brought thinks together nicely. :thumbsup_tone1: All set for the next season. :thumbsup_tone1: Looking forward to it.
i loved this.. armorer with grogu, flashbacks to order 66 and dragons.. one of my faves!
Call me weirdo, but this episode made me feel like I was part of that Mandalorian gang. Where's my first armour piece? This is the way.
Cool premiere and sets up some high stakes and dynamics and one of my favorite actors introduced in the MCU and I love it.
Amazing finale!!! I could cry! In fact, I did, a few times (don't judge me, lol!).
To be so connected, rooted, interwoven, bonded, intertwined with one another - oh my goodness! THAT is what life is about. Even though Ishamael woke the other dark ones, it's obvious they'll fail because they're not unified. Moiraine told us as much when she said to Lan, "...they're always fighting." Aaaaaand now our lightbringers have the immortal Lanfear on their side too, how could they ever lose?!
The impatient wait is on for the next season because Rafe Judkins and crew chose violence with that jaw-dropping cliffhanger. It's ok though, Season 3 is going to be FANTASTIC (and very likely the final season).
