The funny thing is that after the episode ended, I came here to give it some stars.
The production value on this is visablly fucking insane. What a gorgeous show.
And with only 2 episodes out I am already hooked like haven't been by a show in a long time.
EDIT after full first season:
Damn, I'm disappointed right now. It started off so well with the first episode. But with each passing episode it felt more like two different shows. One on Trantor about Empire. Which was fucking amazing science fiction and mesmerizing to watch. But also one on Terminus about the Foundation itself. Which felt like a cheap SyFy spinoff in the same universe. Very bizarre.
Still an entertaining watch throughout but it could have been so much better.
BTW. I haven't read the books.
The dragon (magic carpet) Ride scene was hilarious and unecessary. The only thing that was missing was "a whole new world" playing in the background
My love for this show is embarrassing.
insane!!! the plot twists!! the acting!! the lawsuits!! fucking love it!! burning man ending with that Indian guy in the sun sure gonna have a trip!! LMAO. ending laughter track couldn't be more sarcastic on their situation. great show HBO!! the entire crew deserves a lot more attention and praise
Best Walking Dead Episode Ever!
3 episodes in and I still don't have a clue whats going on !
That last shot with the three of them in the elevator skyrockets this episode to the top!
Wow wow Wow! !! !!!
I can not believe I just started this show and it is out for some years now.
This show is sooooo amazing. I am addicted ! :)
First anime I started to watch and it was a pleasent suprise. I haven't played with the game so I have no background knowledge about the storyline. I enjoyed the characters voice and the overall design. Will watch S2 as well.
It's good, but they really should have made the first season have more than just four episodes. It's like if you got the first two episodes of Game of Thrones on the same day, but had to wait a year for the rest of the season. Looking forward to next year's season two.
(Too lazy to rewrite this, Season 2 is fucking awesome watch it.)
Spectacular conclusion to this amazing show... Can't put into words how much I've loved this season.
It's impressive how they'd get away with something like this back in 2005, whereas now the social media would most likely crucify them for it.
I get it, it has to be funny because of the transitions and randomness, but I don’t find this nonsense entertaining.
Lalo Salamanca is one of the greatest additions to the Breaking Bad universe, like - ever. Incredible season, can't wait for season 6 in... 2022? Sigh...
I was more scared of Jimmy somehow losing the 7 mill than I was of him being shot in the shootout or frying to death in the sun.
Also, as a sidenote, I've heard Kim compared with Skyler and I gotta say I find Kim much more likable. Just as I find Jimmy much more likable than Walter White. And that adds to my enjoyment of the show. I feel for Jimmy in a way I didn't with Walter.
I really hate how they try to get this sound guy in the middle of Jim and Pam's relationship. I mean, how am I supposed to believe that a guy that handsome has being around the office for almost nine years without a single person (not even Meredith) telling anything about his looks, and that suddenly he and his wife have been friends with Jim and Pam all along? I'm sorry but it just doesn't make any sense.
This episode was very good. It makes me wonder if this concept could be achieved minus the eventual murderous robots. We get a bit more backstory on Bernard and his son passing away. I think Bernard's conversation with his wife , could lead to clues as to where Westworld is at (on Earth or another planet). Stubbs is probably considered the stupidest person in-verse but he is the only character who is prepared for the host if they go crazy. There have been theories that The Man in Black is the younger white hat gentlemen but it seems that its debunked due to Dolores breaking out of programmed behavior and meeting up with the duo. Overall it's an interesting series thus far...what do you think?
Wow. That is a lot of Cuban jokes. Enough that I will not be watching any more episodes.
Honestly, this episode would've been better without that ending. Just straight cut to the credits. Didn't really need that gag.
A very disappointing season for one of my all-time favorite shows. Perhaps TJ Miller was the glue that held it all together, as without him this show just doesn't have its usual magic and good flavor.
I'm REALLY hoping the time travel thing is a red herring. Not that I don't love sci-fi (I do) it's that I'd rather this be a straight forward realistic world that it has been set up to be.
I have literally, literally no idea about anything anymore. All I know is that the story of Twin Peaks is, overall, a profoundly sad one. Not the heroic victory I was expecting.
The best show ever!!!!!!!!! ♥
Very little doubt left in me telling me this is better than Breaking Bad.
Because a tiny part of you wants to jump
I hope Chris is doing okay.
