I mean this footage is unbelievable. The Giant Pacific Octopus storyline is superb. 100% worth a watch if you have any interests in the oceans or cephalopods.

Excellent doc. I happen to live a few blocks from the restaurant so this may have resonated more closely for me, but the storytelling is excellent and it’s a fascinating exploration of how an otherwise intelligent person can be manipulated into making unbelievably reckless decisions (for “love”/belief in the supernatural, etc…). Worth a watch
