At this stage I'm not bored but I'm not glued to the set.
The Finest Dine of Drama being served currently.
Finally we have Dragons at their best in Westeros and everyone wants to sit upon that most magnificent spikey chair. Sadly their is nobody I care about to do that. This is still the Game of Thrones but 175 years earlier without honourable men like Eddard Stark, underdogs like Tyrion Lannister, anti heroes like The Hound and insufferable Villains like Joffery. It is only 1 season gone but to me the main players seem a little watered down. Here's hoping we get some potent Fire and Blood in the next House of the Dragon.
A tasty dish that is well seasoned with real characters and textures that just make you want to lick the plate until there is no more to watch.
Hell Yeah! DC are finally having a little fun on the screen. Good action, laughs and a little drama. I have now made peace with them.
Generic fantasy with nothing to draw you in. Ultimately a waste of time.
Before going into this I was expecting a slow paced epic journey and after 2 episodes that's what it is. Hopefully it is laying the foundation for something worthwhile......to be continued.
Love this show, love all the characters. Even Dave/Lil Dicky can be endearing in his egotistical narcissistic ways. The writing is top notch the cameos are fun. Dave is more than just a Lil Dicky.
Wow! This is a story. It made me feel more than anything has in a long time and that is all I ask for in story telling. No its not an action packed "i have a particular set of skills" give me my pig back. Its a steady paced take a look at yourself and go for what you love in life Beautiful!
Exposition upon exposition upon exposition upon exposition upon exposition. I used to care about a main character being killed but now I just wish they'd all die. Gone from The Walking Dead to Dead Show Walking.
A bit of slow burning drama. Worth a watch.
The similarities are undeniable to the eyes and ears. Especially when Korvo stutters just like Rick. I ignore all this and enjoy the fun crazy animated romp of crazy genius invented gadgets, apocalyptic storylines and dysfunctional family values. Its great but not as gr...........wait a minute which show am I reviewing? My brain is having a Polar Eclipse.
2 seasons down and there is nothing but up up and away for this super powered show. Can't wait for more.
Light hearted, optimistic, charming while putting a little smile on my face is Ted Lasso the character and show alike. Can't stop watching to see the road to his eventual victory or demise.
Doesn't really get going till the last couple of episodes. Then leaves you with a clue right at the end to hope it hooks you for season 2. Not bad not great.
Finally an episode that I didn't mind. That's not saying much though because I wasn't that amazed. Maybe I watch too much TV.
Another not so amazing story. Snore.
I hope this first episode isn't as amazing as it gets. A generic time travelling romance. Meh.
Flimsy fantasy with a half assed twist. Don't waste your time. Even if you have got plenty of it because the world is elf isolating:face_vomiting:
Solid Comic book adaption. Disappointed it's only 1 season.
Good show. If you can believe 1 man can be a wrecking ball within organised crime and Hollywood.
Beyond its absurd storylines, tongue in cheek writing and teen drama. I'm addicted to this show. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because I think it's a love it or want to kill yourself show and I don't want any blood on my hands.
Although i wished for a little more darkness or grit this Family fantasy from Netflix was binge worthy.
How to put a smile on your face and a tear in your eye. Taika Waititi thumbs up from me.
If you are looking for the typical retelling of this well known fable. Don't bother. Otherwise come for a somewhat new view on the legend of Count Dracula.
Bit of love, humour, magic and some bloody action now that's the way to start a fantasy.
Solid fantasy thats keeping me interested.
I've waited 6 episodes to give this beloved franchise a chance. Sadly it hasn't paid off. It's just ok. I would rather watch an old spaghetti western. I don't really care for any of the characters and am not swayed by the Mandalorians ethical code. Even the mini Yoda could get light sabered and I wouldn't care. Though I will keep watching just to keep up with pop culture.
As much as it can in this genre this episode hits home with the drama. Keeping it real. Love it.
Yes, yes, yes this is what the super hero genre needs. Fresh but gritty thanks to the R+18. Hooked after 1 episode. Keep up the heroics Amazon.
