I have no idea what I watched, But loved the every minute of it
I know it’s practically the beginning of the year. But I’m gonna call it, movie of the year. Nic Cages roll of his career. Don’t miss it. 10/10
:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Turn your brain off, and put a smile on your face because it's time for Willy's Wonderland
I really needed Nic Cage to spit out corny one-liners just before he massacres sentient animatronics and I feel like I was robbed of that.
i cried a lot thanks kate siegel
Am I the only one rooting for Bev's demise so that she will just. Stop. Talking!
rahul is generally incredible, but the monologue he gives in this is just next level.
3 Thoughts After Watching ‘As Above, So Below’:
I’ll give the film cred for solid creepy and claustrophobic moments. Some scenes 100% had me squirming in my seat — as if trying to shake myself lose from tiny crevices that didn’t exist.
Either this movie intentionally wanted to leave a LOT up for speculation — which is totally possible — or there are simply a ton of plot holes. Who were the women chanting and what was their relevance? Who was La Taupe really? Did Scarlett become the stone in the end? If the first stone was fake, how did it heal Souxie? Who was the kid they saw down there, and the people in robes? Was this all just basically a ghost story during a trip through hell?
I’m a sucker for happy endings, even in horror movies, so it was nice to see them avoid the found footage trope where the film ends with a camera lying on the ground. But was it a happy ending? Were they in back home — or in hell?
Bonus Thought: Part ‘The Descent’. Part ‘Indiana Jones’. Part ‘Tomb Raider.’ This movie in a nutshell.
awesome sound work, really gave me the chills! :o
ps: this movie is not suitable for claustrophobic people.
Only the first episode is out thus far but I liked what I saw. Was pretty genius really to use 50s racism as a horror element. I found the sundown town scene tense as hell.
Rick, Daryl and Michonne weren't at the town to protect people from an attack. But Carol kicks some major ass; so you knew "she got this." She is so bad ass.
I love this movie for some reason. I have watched it a dozen times and probably will a dozen more.
Well that escalated quickly! She went from "do you want some cookies" to "I'll tie you up to a tree and you will be eaten alive" jeez
Unlike the rest of the season, I found this the best episode in a loooong time. The major change in cinematography was very refreshing and to experience the death throught the eyes of Tyreese was interesting. It felt like an episode that was thought through well, instead of others which form by boring, chronological storytelling. Sad to see that a lot of people don't see the beauty in this sort of filmmaking and are easily bored when the series cut down on action scenes.
I was also spoiled for that, knowing it was happening sometime this season, though I didn't know when. And after all that! Beth had grown on me so much and she was so, so smart. And Daryl's face? Noooooo I can't!
I knew about this episode, but it's so sad to watch. I cried here ç_ç
CAROL, YOU MARVELOUS BADASS!!!!
This episode is THE BEST one so far!! So intense and satisfying!
Now that's how you end a Season!!! "They're fucking with the wrong people!"
I guess this season was most character development and a buildup into the next season.
Bottom line, it was great
Lizzie is the worst, don't @ me
I never get bored of watching Michonne swinging her sword. Magnificent.
I love Carl. So strong for such a young boy. I've enjoyed his entire arc
Just so you don't go Googling it when you watch the movie: the autopsy is the ending, and the rest of Saw IV happens parallel to Saw III. Eh...I prefer the previous directors. The traps were gruesome, and the revelation at the end, in terms of Rigg, was astonishing. I'll give it a 6.
I was really hoping Sammi would stay dead
Everything a superhero and comic fan could want in a team up TV series.
This was my least favorite episode of the season. It was too much. Too much jumping about time and space. Too much weird freakishness. It was also not enough closure. As a episode it might have been ok. As a finale it was less than.
I was also disappointed in the Rue and Jules story and where it went. I was mad about Maddy going back to dance with Nate. I didn't mind the fake out they did with Fezco but I still wished he'd shot Nate.
The only ending I was good with was Kat's.
Three words: what the fuck.
This movie shouldn't have been produced. It is just too much, and the story of this film serves absolutely zero purpose. Nothing. Nada.
Not only it's pointless, but also disgusting. I can't figure out how some people rated this movie more than 4. This movie should be banished from existence and not to be sold anywhere in the world.
