Interesting story. This was one I feel needed to be 2 hours long.
After watching this I went over to youtube to watch the July 14th 1984 episode of GCW. Hm.... I cant remember who said it on this eps. but it was along the lines of the fans saying...who are these guys? We dont give a s*it about these guys. Meaning the wrestlers. I mean granted there were some big names on it. (For the WWF) Jesse Ventura, Iron Sheik, Adrian Adonis so forth.
Im was not a regular viewer of GCW, but I dont think they never wrestled there. So I could understand why Georgia fans were ticked off.
Funny how McMahon overtook GCW then lost the TBS time slot to Crockett a year later. & I believe it was Cornette who said if it wasnt for THAT & the 1 million dollar payout he got, WrestleMania wouldnt have happened. Again something along those lines.

The way he told it on this show that BOTH Bischoff & Flair visited him on the set of some B film in California & the next thing we know hes back TO wrestling & in WCW at Bash At the Beach '96. This is how I interpreted it with the way he told it & with the footage they showed.
I mean without even looking at his wiki. Isnt the story he was visited on the set of Thunder in Paradise & then came back to Wrestling in like '93/'94......
Now looking at his wiki it was Okerlund who visited him on the set of Thunder in Paradise & he came back to wrestling in '94.
I think this was one of the better episodes this series.
The ending was gross tho.
I didnt like this. The production of it was totally different than the others.
It felt like i was watching one of them WWE Network 24/7 programs.
Everything past this episode is a repeat.
CBCGem also has episode 102 as the last one.

It was a good watch for even the non-slaughter fans.
