Lot of conviences in the last episode and many things don't make sense at all. Like the character deaths and reveals.
This is such a disappointing finale. Another in a long line of Apple shows. Start slowly, pick up speed and close out the story by penultimate episode and then fall off the cliff or introduce dues ex machina plots in the final episode.
omg the interaction between the guard and prisoner was so bad and hilarious acting. culled this show from my list.
The ridiculous writing and direction from season 1 is back.
The prosecutor sounds like a teenager in the first interaction and comes off as annoying.
The first wife selfishness continues.
and it is building towards the main character is going to be saved by woman in his life. I honestly don't care for feminist stories but this kind of unnecessary drama is creeping into all the shows.
While the major case wraps up nicely, the side case ends up on a rather odd note. The first wife would rather have an innocent guy go to jail and get him in trouble for not making the best effort for his client than hurt her career.
I think shows should have women empowerment messaging but not like this. No one had issue with the premise of the show when it happened to the protagonist's original body but it is a serious issue if it is a woman? Dropped the show.
Nonsensical show. Uses the "fish out of water" trope in all the worse ways possible. People compete and act mean for no reason except to create drama. And it seems CIA has only 5 lawyers in total - 1 guy our protagonist who is a newbie and other who is always on one case, 2 people who do nothing and one lady whose arc is unclear and seems to exist for just bail out the protagonist.
all Russos' production seem to have silly camera angles. First the topsy turvy angles in The Grayman and now this.
And it would work except the show is silly. Show has lot of soap opera style reveals.
