Amazing performances from Jake Gyllenhaal & Judah Lewis, this film is underrated, awesome and well worth a watch.
taxi 1 2 3 and 4. check. mediocre films but entertaining.
taxi 5? garbage. old characters are gone. the ones who remain are plain idiots. even the driving is lackluster.
waste of time.
This season had a bunch of really great episodes. The finale was good but not as good as last season.
They warned Bonnie there would be consequences if she brought Jeremy back to life. I wonder what those consequences were?
Bit of inconsistency here- Kat says it's okay to love them both, she did, and she went back to save Damon. But everywhere else it's she only loved Stefan.
This episode really seemed like the season finally but it wasn't.
John Gilbert may have been a dick but at least he went out in the most noble way a parent could.
Who doesn't love a body switch plot? Who'd have thought that an episode that contains a scene of a character forcing someone to torture themselves for hours also has the same character trying to teach history to a confused class of teens. Too bad they cut it short, I'm actually curious how Klaus managed to fill that entire hour...
"Something tells me he's not going to be sixteen and pimply." - Well, neither are any of the other supposed 16-year-olds, so...
One of the best westerns every made. Perfectly cast and extremely well acted all around. Worth the watch if only for Val Kilmer as Doc.
Riley’s mom is a disaster of character and of a performer that she almost destroys the first attempt of this series to be a slasher.
It's quite obvious that Elena & Damon and Caroline & Stefan have much more chemistry together than Elena & Stefan. I know some of the actors dated in real life, maybe that's what's palpable here
We enjoyed it overall. There were a few funny parts but the story had multiple holes. My wife enjoyed it and I got to spend time with her so it was a good day overall.
I thought this was going to go a different direction. They bring up an axe murderer early on in the movie. I would have preferred if she was actually the murdurer and the entire Frankenstein thing was just something that was in her head.
Dark and brutal. I enjoyed everything about this third installment of Denzils portryal Robert MacCall. It’s stripped right back to the brutal efficiency of a highly trained killer. I hope there is more.
It's called the Equalizer 3 because it contains about 3 minutes of equalizing
I remember seeing this movie for the first time a long time ago, it blew me away. Great Story.
This movie stressed me the fuck out.
Adam Sandler did wonderful in this movie and he deserves an award but for me, this movie was left and right chaos. I felt like I had ADHD.
If I had listened to those feelings I had to turn the movie off, I wouldn't be feeling this way now having watched the whole thing. It's like a bad episode of the the twilight zone. Save yourself now before you get sucked in.
Also, all common sense was lost when the voyuer sleeps with the man she had been watching. It was JUST TOO CREEPY! And unrealistic.
This was the first time in my life I remember being so tense watching a movie that I was literally gripping the armrest of the chair in which I was sitting. It was the scene in the alley where the goons are beating up De Niro and Nolte is hiding and watching
Of course, the Simpsons parodied this movie to perfection with an episode featuring Sideshow Bob. This was a great mixture of tension and slightly disturbing scenes. Well-directed by Scorsese.
Actually, one of the best act of DE Niro. I love this great man.
I felt so many things watching this. It's stunning, it's twisted, it's weird, it's hot. One thing's for sure, it'll be on my mind for quite some time.
Wanted to cry so I wacthed this movie. Took a while but 8/10 would cry to agian
Epic fail. Was expecting something funny, entertaining or even anything time passing. Those exaggerated forced scenes were supposed to be funny but they really got me off. I hope a better career for Brosnan or at least he can retire instead of making such lame movies. 3/10
Just crap!! Time for Kenneth Branagh to stop murdering Agatha Christie’s work.
Two hours of Emma “I have four acting credits to my name” Mackey being a better actress than some Hollywood fossils.
A hidden gem. I came for Benicio del Toro because, well, we don’t get enough of him, and stayed for the very well acted scenes. Was pleasantly surprised to see AS, I probably haven’t seen her since my adolescence. Yea it’s a bit long, but there are enough details to make the journey interesting. Not something I could watch again, but 100% happy to have seen it!
The sad truth is... I have never eaten fried chicken while driving a Caddy wtf man
Gory, funny, and smart, Ready or Not will do for rich people what Get Out did for whites.
What's more, Samara Weaving proves the natural spark that lit up The Babysitter wasn't a fluke.
To be honest , I am a big fan of slasher genre , so I have to give Scream thumbs Up.
English fans are the worst fans on the planet. Always have been, always will be. Enjoy your 1966 dreams forever.
As someone who likes movies about serial killers, I highly enjoyed this movie. I found the two serial killers- especially Paul- fun to watch and play off of one another, and the irony in their mannerisms (e.g. how seemingly friendly and polite they were the entire time while tormenting the family) quite humorous. I also found it ingenious how they used the relationships between the families to line up consecutive victims with the same ruse, and liked how Paul looked/spoke to the camera a few times, as it gave me a feeling of being more engaged with the story.
I would have rated it higher if not for two things:
1) How much it dragged in the time between the two leaving after they killed Georgie and when they returned
2) The random rewind scene, which came out of nowhere and just didn't feel like it fit/made sense
Other than that, it was quite good, and was definitely one of the more fun to watch horror/thriller movies I've seen in a while.
