@nimnz Me too bro; gotta say this is more entertaining indie arthouse films I've seen; even though I've no idea what it's ultimately about.
I tried to enjoy it as much as I could but it just wasn't that good; only a few episodes were truly funny but the rest is just blah and too hard to sit through. I just don't see what the hype is all about and I thought I was the only one but apparently there are others that think Seinfeld is overrated, it really is. I just watched the final episode of the third season and finally decided to drop it.

@nimnz I suppose that the show can get quite repetitive after a few seasons, I don't remember very well... I watched it for the first time a little over 10 years ago (I was around 20yo) and found the show so good that I watched all seasons in full, even though there were a few episodes that I had to force myself to watch.
Some shows can only be truly appreciated during "their time", which is not the case here, at least not for me since I enjoyed it during mid 2000's. I guess that for me I went at it with no expectation and with an underdeveloped sense of humor that felt tickled by the kind of humor put forward by Seinfeld. Also, like most things, it's a matter of taste/opinion - and even those are subject to change over time. As an example, something that often happens to a lot of people: you watched a movie several years ago and you remember enjoying it very much, but years later you watch that movie again and somehow it either sucks or doesn't meet the expectations you had from your earlier fond memories.

@ner0p I agree. That's why I couldn't force myself to watch it because I actually want to enjoy it. So, naturally, I had high expectations since I've been hearing people talk about how awesome it is, but when I started watching it I was shocked, maybe it is good but not as good as I expected and that's why I wasn't able to truly enjoy it.
Even though I dropped it now, I think one day I might change my mind and pick up where I left and enjoy it because my sense of humour would have changed and grown accustomed to such humour by then.
