Well, ok. Let me think about it: Season 3 and 4 was kinda disappointing cause the show felt like drifted so much apart from what the first two seasons was like. It was an awful sign that the series quality was declining when they got Kenny killed in season 3 premiere (yeah I still didn't get over it).
Villanelle always wanted a normal, nice life. Facts. And she couldn't have this life, I get it. Her picture of a happy life with Eve by her side... Everyone knew this couldn't happen, right? But it was so stupid the way everything was done. The Twelves scenes was dreadful! A bunch of faceless people, it felt like Game of Thrones' battle agains the King Of The Night all over again - since the first season we were waiting this encounter just to receive this anticlimate fighting scene.
And Carolyn making the calls to kill her!... But who killed her? Boo! I thought there would be a huge surprise, maybe a face from the past between the Twelves or KENNY... I don't know. But yeah, automatic guns came out of nowhere and killed her, I bet. By the way, I was rooting for both of them to get killed, it would be SO MUCH BETTER! It was the tale of the frog and the scorpion and they both ended dead. It would be better than this. At least my soul would get a proper relief. Now I'm thinking: What will happen to Eve? I would like to revisit this character just to see how she's doing in a year or so, oh, but wait: THIS WILL NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN! She should be dead as well. That's all.
Ok. The season finale wasn't that great but the end had me ROLLING lmao I'm excited for what is coming next.
While checking in I just notice Disney erased this episode and skipped right to "Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington". So this is the "infamous" MJ's episode. Yeah, right, hypocritical rat! While two or three episodes ago Otto made "a joke" that implied he was interested in girls above 8 yo... But who cares? It was the 90's! And It wasn't Michael Jackson related, sooo who cares? THIS should be allowed. Let's hop in the train of cancellation. Choo, choo!... Anyways, Now I need to find a way to watch this episode... So thanks a lot, rat.
So far, the most least enjoyable episode of the season. I know, it's only the third episode but I have a strong feeling this will be placed in my top 10 in my list of the worst episodes of the show. I'm curious to see if "beings" as Mr. Fate presented in this episode and Mr. Death from the previous one, will be making another appearances throughout the series, playing with people's life. I'm not sure and probably not but who knows? I have to watch 'em all.
Ok, compared to the other episodes from this season, this one was gold. I really used to enjoy Supergirl and kinda never got tired of it and I wasn't expecting this final season to decline drastically in both writing and general plot and also everything that I always enjoyed about Supergirl. At least it was a satisfactory ending and thankfully it was the end, otherwise the next season would be awful. I was happy for Nia and Brainy and couldn't care less that Mon-El and Kara did not end up together and gladly Winn and James screen time was minimal cuz I can't stand Winn and James is a bore. Cat could deliver an "old days vibes" while in another of her teachable moments with Kara and it was a good moment. J'onn is cool, had a glimpse of his future and all and Alex went crazy with this "mother plot" which was boring just like Kelly (and her brother) ... . If Lena gets a spin-off, I'll be watching, definitely lol love her! So, I guess it was a happy end! Yay! Probably won't miss Supergirl cause they did a terrific job creating the worst season of the show.
WHY KONSTANTIN WHYYYY? TAKE ME INSTEAD!!!
Yep! Glad I was right again: What an unnecessary season, guys!
The end always gets me! LMAO this show is so silly... I love it!
Man, what a great movie! It is light and funny that part in which Sadie was standing in front of the mirror, about to find out about the twinning made me rolling and when she started to dance... oh boy ! Good thing Disney+ added this great movie to its catalogue, I watched it without any expectations, but the fact that Lily Tomli and Bette Midler was here it was a good signal.
So far, a decent episode. I think it will be an acceptable season. So I'll try to complain less cause everyone knows the past seasons weren't "that good". I'm just hoping for the best, tbh.
WTF is happening at this point with this series? Really!? I mean, we're going through our sixth year watching Riverdale so let's face it, if we got this far, we, the survivors ones, are completely numb to the plots LMAO. And now there's La Llorona as well... Weird thought: I don't even think this is the worst season so far and I'm still guessing that they're doing this "supernatural season" just to fit Kiernan Shipka's Sabrina into the story. The long awaited crossover event. Probably this Rivervale thing it won't last long cuz I'm almost sure Archie is probably in a hospital bed, fighting for his life. I like to think that the last events of season 5 was a real deal and now it's all part of Archie's imagination. Probably it all going to fade after the 5th episode of this season... or not! Well I'm still waiting and more interested for a resolution of Betty's TBK storyline. Betty is what makes me still wanting to watch Riverdale. Hands down the best character! Always will be
I'm assuming this show is somewhat like Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre cuz time from time I see a famous face playing minor roles here and Julio Torres is the Shelley Duvall of the 21th century cuz he has the power to invite those famous faces to play whatever role they are asked to... :joy:
I'm still wondering how high was Julio Torres while creating this show...
To be honest, I thought the movie would be way worse than this. Well, it wasn't a bad experience after all. I'm still looking forward to watch the other movies.
Chucky: the series, motivated me to do so cause I've been delaying my "Chucky Marathon" for years and when I finished the first season of the show, I thought I was a little lost, regarding the characters' storylines.
To this movie forward will be all new movies to me Hehe
If you see a black person at the beginning of the episode, be sure Raven will impersonate them later on. By the way, I had no idea Nikki was a trans woman and although it looks very progressive on Disney I don't think they shouldn't tackle that subject at all, in any possibility. C'mon, it's like just play the part. I liked Nikki since she joined the cast, by the way. I hope she stay for the next season.
It was good that they kept Booker's storyline from last episode and the past event actually affected him
It felt like a very special episode... It was a good approach, tho.
The things I do for Sarah Michelle Gellar...
Ok, now. I'm going to comment everything that I wanted related to the past episodes right here:
Cecile is definitely abusing her senses, telling how everyone is feeling each passing minute lol I know her character had to be improved and build up like really fast but it was a bit too much. I'm still pretty mad with Barry the barged into Caitlin's apartment and destroyed all but let's see what will going to happen with her. Too bad Iris did not die cuz the episodes without her was a little better - I know the script at this point is shit but well... By the way, did I miss something or what the hell happened with the tech that Chester built and put online and then a guy used it for a villainous reason? And what about the files that were transferred from his computer??? I can't remember what happened next IF something happened next. (Someone please inlight me). I STILL HATE BART AND NORA SO FREAKING MUCH! Good riddance to Joe, he won't be missing in the final season but hopefully Jesse L. will pop up in the end. By the way. facing Thawne is always different. No matter how many villains they throw at us each episode but Thawne hits differently. I know the show is a pile of crap right now but I STILL HAVE FAITH that they will try to put some effort to give a proper ending to this show, at least a dignify one cause it will be only 13 episodes. C'mon!
I HATE NORA AND BART SO MUCH! I can't stand them. I'm praying for both of them to be erased from the timeline. It's more difficult to watch the episodes when they are around, cuz you know, this show is pretty much a pile of crap right now
At this point, this series suck balls. I'm just catching it up now cause it's FINALLY about to end. Isn't defending metas the prime job of Cecile? Why did she fight hard or had a little more of faith in that dude? Geez!
FINALLY a worthy plot for Yvette! Who knew it TJ had to disappear for our girl to shine for the first time? Too bad the show is almost ending and I sense that it was an one time deal (hopefully not). By the way, it's my first time ever watching this series so I had no idea That's So Raven mimicated this specific plot (That's So Raven is a show from my childhoold, wildly popular here in Brazil, different from Smart Guy). I have to confess Smart Guy inspired a lot more "black tv shows" on the years that followed. Nice! It should have at least 5 season.
I think this episode isn't available on Disney+ due to its B plot with Yvette's friend hitting on Mr. Henderson. It's the only reason that I can think of
I really enjoyed this season finale. It made my eyes a little bit teary. I'm excited to watch the Season 10 premiere next wednesday. By the way, now is so weird to see Murray in the episode lol. At the graduation scene, the body double had his face turned all the time (even when no one was looking behind they back or whatever) in the open camera shots lol weeeird, but well, we all know what happened here.
I've been in love with Alanis' work for so long and right now it was the first time that I watched this "Unplugged". She rocks! Love you!
I was crying so much during this episode cause I could relate so much with this character... Although I'm not bipolar, I have something similar to it and sometimes is so hard just to be ok. Anne Hathaway, we love you! Never forget it!
Krusty with daddy issues... Well, certainly not one of my favorites so far.
I laughed so hard in so many parts of this episode that I guess it's official: So far this is my favourite episode! Positive Alex embodies the whole WOWP spirit and seeing another version of Alex was way too funny. The moments she and Harper shared the screen was amazing, specially that acid joke of Harper in which she said her friendship with Alex only works out cause she's mainly positive in the outside lol this one killed me. The whole cast was pretty awesome in here . Who could ever thought a harsh break up could lead to such great material?
