I wish I had a clue about what happened throughout the movie but I fell into a deep nap around the 40 minutes mark and woke up to the credits rolling.
Entertaining enough, I thought the first 30-40 minutes were way better than the rest of the movie overall.
As much as i enjoy slow, talkative atmospheric movies, i found myself listening to a podcast about 40 minutes into this one. I did enjoy some of the scenery though.
This wasn't the comeback i was expecting, but maybe after Fallen Kingdom my expectations to have a better JW movie were a bit too high. This one continues to deliver a serviceable but simplistic thriller story, dragging on a bit too much at times especially near the end. The addition of older cast from JP along with new connections to those stories and characters didn't do much to make this one feel fresh or interesting. I felt the special effects were even better than Fallen Kingdom which was already fantastic on that regard, so that was nice. Overall i think people who have enjoyed Fallen Kingdom will have no issues appreciating this one as well, it's a more of the same kind of deal with some funny moments and a couple of well made action sequences but, yet again, it lacks and can't quite catch the magic of Jurassic Park.
Absolutely mediocre storytelling and bland characterization make this one a lite adventure thriller that kids and young teens especially might find easy to follow and to appreciate its admittedly good special effects.
Though nothing special, it still made for an enjoyable evening watch. A couple dialogues were genuinely funny and the action sequences were alright.
I found Secrets of Dumbledore to be better than the second movie for sure but i didn't enjoy it as much as the first one, which wasn't a masterpiece to begin with. There are more throwbacks here to the Harry Potter movies especially in regards to the music though which is nice. The CGI work and special effects were generally better than the previous movies as well. Unfortunately I still found the characters uninteresting aside from Grindelwald, with Mikkelsen doing an amazing job portraying him and making me wish he could have been there from the start. Some storylines between characters felt super rushed or just thrown together randomly at the last minute with one in particular being extremely disappointing with how it turned out. Overall i never thought this side saga was anything special from the start, it's a serviceable addition to the original movies but suffers incoherent characterization and bland storytelling

I personally thought the movie was really boring. Fell asleep two times the first time around then decided to start again from scratch the next day and sit through it. Yeah, still boring for me, However, i did like the atmosphere of the movie, futuristic vibes and all. That's my stuff. Story was forgettable at best though.
I watched it today for the first time. I thought it was a fun movie, with a badass protagonist. Had a good time watching overall.
Love love love this movie. I always go back to it from time to time.
