Why not cast Grant Gustin for the part? He is definitely the greatest Barry Allen ever, and a great young actor!
Edit 2022: OK, Ezra, move aside, it's Grant's turn!
I do not deny Ezra was good too, and that the last seasons of Flash have been week sauce (I do agree that most baddies are converted to good after a nice speech, nonetheless I'll keep watching it till the end, I'm that kind of viewer...), but Grant is an established Flash, great actor and apparently a calmer human being than Ezra at the moment. :P
Sorry, I'm team Grant! :)
A great theatrical, emotional roller coaster, entertaining, edge of seat kind of film that you love to see about a music icon. This is not your average non fiction story line type film about a celebrity, but a plot twisting story line jumping, action packed roller coaster type movie taking the audience on a hell of a ride about Elvis. The good, bad and ugly. Whether it was too much about his manager taking advantage of him or too much about the attraction fans felt for him or the impact he had in the civil rights movement, it was all very well done as it showed how much of a positive and historical impact he made on the music industry.
Seven episodes in and nothing is happening based on trailers and episode 1 opening scene.
In one way it’s like Lost, all about a single shock & awe each episode to get people hocked. I’m sure they will introduce The Others & some dark force that don’t want the people to leave.
There’s some good character development but most of the show is filled with slow dialog. Feels like it’s dragging.
Anyway I’m watching just to see if something happens. However I doubt anything special will happen and they’ll make us wait for season 2. At which point they’ll throw in more shocks which will open more questions. And push to season 3.
Numerous times, I found myself believing that 'AHS' had hit rock bottom, but it manages to keep unearthing new depths.
I was once a devoted fan, but now... Kim Kardashian discussing a viral TikTok salad dressing known as 'green goddess,' seriously? Even the most trivial chatter nauseates me.
It's alarmingly vacant, sluggish, and utterly devoid of the chills and thrills that horror should deliver.
Please please please don’t suck!!!
I'm writing this while having tears in my eyes
watching this brought soooo much emotions and nostalgia
I remember watching all the Harry Potter films in cinema, with the first 2 being with my father and the rest with my friends
I can NOT express how much this story and these films means to me
I literally grew up with Harry Potter and these actors
and few months ago me and my friends actually re-watched all The Harry Potter films without knowing this reunion thing is happening
that shows how much I love these films and will forever go back to them
Harry Potter gave me a very precious thing
it gave me Very Very Happy Memories!
Thank you to everyone who's involved
This is a good psychological thriller. It moves slowly at times. Ben Affleck and Anna De Armas delivers.
Just keeps getting worse every season. Anyone that made this show decent, from the acting to the writing, has departed the show. The last few seasons I keep asking why I'm doing this to myself. Maybe it's a morbid fascination to find out just how badly they can drive this once very cool show into the ground. Worst season yet.
A sick, twisted and unsettling horror drama about familial corruption. There's so much going on in this film. I honestly didn't expect to get this much enjoyment, but man this was very entertaining. It's filled with awesome performances and many surprising twists and turns. The strongest aspect of this film is that it dives deep into each family members for an incredibly twisted horror tale that keeps you guessing, with the physical circumstances of the family that are hypnotically suffocating. It viciously grabs you by the throat and drags you into a much more twisted story that ends in a way that I can only describe as incredible. Go see it.
Saw advance screening in NYC with Q&A with Dir. George Nolfi and Producer/Actor Anthony Mackie. Excellent historical drama about the first 2 African American men real estate moguls in the early 60s. To succeed, they had to use clever means to subvert systemic racist policies of Jim Crow and redlining designed to deny African Americans the wealth accumulation of the American Dream. But how long can they chase that elusive dream before the noose of white supremacy tightens around their necks? Samuel Jackson provides comedic levity, Nia Long holds the moral arc and reminders that while the men play for equity, the women are still left out. Will stream on Apple TV+ and theatrical release in December - go see it!
I loved seeing and hearing their stories of how they grew up with the working of all the movies. Very beautiful way also to do a tribute to those who aren’t here on earth anymore. I fell a couple tears but also laughed
I really liked this movie! It’s a good adventure, thriller film that kept my attention the whole time. Lots of good tension throughout.
I’ve abandoned this after 5 episodes. It was an interesting premise but the fractured storytelling lead to fractured character development to the point I didn’t care what was going on with any of the three versions of the lead character. I give this series a 5 (meh) out of 10. [Drama]
please delete Sci-Fi tag.. it is not anywhere close.. and adventure is also wrong.. Drama and Thriller maybe
if someone looking for Sci-Fi, it is 108 minutes wasted
I was surprised by this first season (as some of the movies weren't that good), it was really entertaining!!
I couldn't ask more of the franchise, patiently waiting for season two.
wow wow wow wow wow wow, NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL A SPIDER-MAN FILM. Coming back from a pandemic to such an experience, it was something ELSE!!
Wow such a good tv show love it!
Nature is f**king lit!
Another breathtaking & brutal documentary, presented by Sir David Attenborough.
Not a bad watch if your into Bigfoot. I delayed watching this for a long time and finally gave it a watch and got hooked. Whether you believe or not.
Decent show but it crosses back and forth between to many timelines. I think if they would of just stuck with two choices it would of been easier to follow along. At times it feels like 4 time lines but I think it's only supposed to be 3??? Interesting idea of a show but it did get confusing at times.
