How do I unsee the cheerleading scene? Archie dry humping a fence and dribbling was something i didn't need
Putting a sticky note on your laptop webcam was the most relatable thing I've ever seen. It was such a small gesture, but it made it so realistic that I actually laughed.
I'm glad to see Bryce's mum so skeptical. I can't wait for Bryce to be arrested.
It’s honestly starting to feel like the seventh season of GoT.
Yes, the action is bigger and better than the previous season, but any of the fantastic writing with a mystical/mysterious/philosophical edge, that was present in the first season, has vanished.
It’s still good, of course, but this straight forward human vs robot continuation isn’t I was hoping for.
Is it just me, or is Dolores becoming more and more annoying with each episode?
Maeve, on the other hand, has my entire heart.
William literally murdered his own daughter. Wow. I didn’t expect that at all but William might need to re-evaluate his...entire life.
What a wholesome Father’s Day experience!
my heart broke for mr. porter in this episode
JESUS CHRIST THAT WAS A LOT. POOR FUCKING TYLER THAT SCENE IN THE BATHROOM WAS SO DISTURBING. NOT SURPRISED OVER THE FACT THAT HE WAS GONNA SHOOT AT THE DANCE, BUT GOD I CRIED. AND ALSO WHAT THE FUCK JESSICA, HAVING SEX WITH JUSTIN RIGHT AFTER U KISSED ALEX? REALLY?? i dont really know what to say about this season. A lot of things happened, but we didnt really get any answers
Mrs Andrews talking to her son like that was priceless. that boy needs to learn some damn respect and to think before he does or says anything stupid.
Zach and Hannah are the cutest, they deserved better, while Clay is getting more and more annoying.
Girl escaped from killer Indians, only to be captured by... killer Indians.
It's amazing how great Louis Herthum is at playing a malfunctioning robot.
Ulrich, holy shit.....That was seriously disturbing.
You think he hesitates and that he can't do it.. and then he still does it. I was shocked.
lmao veronica is so dumb she really be like "WHY, YES, DADDY. HERE ARE ALL MY PLANS TO RUIN YOU" and then act surprised that he's always one step ahead. like really just shUt the fuck up for a minute.
and also, THE GARGOYLE KING IS JUST A TREE, FUCKING LIGHT HIM ON FIRE OR RIP HIS MASK OFF. IM TIRED OF THIS SCOOBY DOO BULLSHIT.
The one 16 year old girl says she's supposed to be "this great detective", the other 16 year old girl buys a bar and trades it for a diner and the third 16 year old gets crowned king of the Serpents. I don't think the writers even remember their ages at this point.
I'm not happy with the way this whole Black Hood season ended. It really feels like the writers had no idea who they wanted to put under the hood and halfway through the season they heard the theory of Hal being the Black Hood and they decided to roll with it like two episodes before the finale. For once there are no subtle hints for it to be him before episode 20 and on the other hand the whole reasoning and execution at the end felt hollow and cheap, especially the part about THE DARKNESS™. I thought at least one of the adults would finally address this as mental illness, but nope. Don't think we'll ever get to see any of them in therapy either.
Three things that I'm curious about - Chic, Alice's dead son and Polly.
Chic just disappeared and we still don't know anything. Was there even a point to begin with? I thought his creepiness would be relevant somehow, but nothing happened. I'm wondering if he'll come back next season.
Then there's Alice's dead son. I was actually thinking he's not dead because we really didn't get to see anything about him. It felt really tragic to know that Alice saw him and closed the door in his face, but I thought it would connect more with the overall story or with Chic.
And then there's Polly who definitely had something going on. I wonder if we know this mysterious guy who helped her or if her mother will get dragged into a weird cult. And I actually find this much more interesting than the cliffhanger that Archie is arrested (I was sure there would be some bloodshed after Jug's weird announcement) and Hiram is still planning to deal drugs on the New Southside. I was actually hoping for him to leave Riverdale or go to prison at the end of the season, but apparently his cheap mobster story will continue.
And even after all these complaints every week I'm still excited to watch new episodes and do enjoy it. It's over the top and crazy but at the same time I find it so entertaining :D
This is incomprehensible and unwatchable. A terrible finale of a good season. They could have gone with twice as less twists and the story of this episode could be just as good, but easier to understand.
And that's coming from a guy who was a crazy fan of the mind-bending first season.
This lack of information at every episode angers me, but at same time this makes the show superb. Intriguing ^^. Also, german language and german places do excellent drama/noir TV shows :D.
Just when you think Riverdale can't surprise you anymore and that you're prepared for all the weird things, they'll come at you with an episode like this. What a wild ride. I don't even want to admit it, but I still enjoyed it.
Though a big part of me just wants to make fun of so many small details. I can't even write them all down. Let me just say that Cheryl dressing up as Little Red is exactly the kind of extra I expect from her, I'm sure Jughead is not dead, please don't let Hal have a secret twin and last but not least I can't believe we still have one more episode because that absolutely felt like a season finale.
"Shut your face, you half-melted ten-cent trollop." Alice Cooper, delivering a searing burn!
"I mean do you know how many girls I've slept with? Like a lot. Classifies me as a player or something and my best friends used to think I was the fucking best. Hannah, she sleeps with one guy. She has a crush on another guy, being me. And she kisses a third, being you. And it's whatever, it's all fine, right? All of a sudden, she's a slut? All of a sudden, you don't know who she is? You're a dumbass."
I didn't expect that speech from Justin. I just want to slowly clap it out. Well said.
All in all I find the sudden relationship between Zach and Hannah really, well, sudden, but not necessarily unrealistic. Maybe I'm a bit biased though because I do like Zach (even though he's not perfect and I really hope he'll go against Bryce and Monty soon), and I think Zach and Hannah were really cute together.
They're definitely a better fit than Clay and Hannah. Maybe it's because Clay's so young or maybe Hannah's his real first love, but he simply admired her too much. He put her on a pedestal and viewed her as this perfect, innocent, flawless human being. Even Hannah's mother said that Clay thought she was perfect. And now he sees that she did have other people in her life, that she liked other boys and that he wasn't her saving knight in shining armor.
And I don't find it unrealistic that she freaked out when Clay was getting close to her. Flashbacks and panic doesn't appear when it's convenient. Maybe she was fine with Zach, but then she felt betrayed by him and it just hit her when she got close to Clay.
This show is so freaking extra.
Riverdale aka "Cheryl can't catch a break"
Also, I have so many questions, but the biggest one - What was that random casino storyline? Veronica is 15 or 16. She can't build and open a casino. She can't even walk into a casino. And why was she even discussing business with other mobster teenagers?
In the beginning I thought her family could be a cool mafia family, but at this point they're absolutely ridiculous and I can't take them seriously at all. (Don't get me wrong - I do enjoy the show, but I also have to admit how silly/stupid some things are).
After the oh so sucky last episodes, the musical one specially, they finally recovered with this one.
This was good. The opening is great, one of the best I've ever seen!
This show has a Jughead problem; he was one of the best parts of season one, but is currently insufferable.
The most annoying thing about this show is that they refuse to provide visual queues if the scene is past, present, or future. So freaking stupid of the creators to ignore the rule of story telling.
The season as a whole felt really subpar compared to the first one. It was filled with plot holes (the sixth episode was infuriating and made no sense whatsoever) and storylines that didn’t landed nor delivered. The courtroom scenes were interesting at first, as was the concept of the character testifying becoming the center of the episode but they became ridiculous FAST as the show used them as a way to move forward with the plot and justify flashbacks forgoing any sense of legal proceedings and reality. (How many times did the judge say ‘I’ll allow it’ about truly insane línes of questioning? It was ABSURD)
Brandon Flynn and Miles Herzer delivered strong performances but the MVP was Devin Druid. THAT scene on the final episode was disturbing and hard to watch but Druid excelled during it and the character’s arc (even though it was rather predictable).
It was a mess but I couldn’t stop watching
unbelievable bad. This is simply the worst of all Westworld episodes. Generic at its finest. Also, It has bad writing, bad direction, annoying characters, no relevant addition to the main story and so on.
oh look, what a refreshing episode where we get to focus on the most interesting characters of this show, who for the first time weren't thrown to the back for the least interesting plots revolving the main core four.
I knew something was shady about "Agent" Adams!
I also kept thinking about the fingerprints when they were getting rid of the body. Lol!
