I got the feeling the writers hated people guessing their twists in season one, so they came up with as many bullshit twists as they could for this season, delivered in the most confusing ways possible.

@matt-minix-gmail-com Yep. Season two tried way too hard to recreate the magic of season one.
unbelievable bad. This is simply the worst of all Westworld episodes. Generic at its finest. Also, It has bad writing, bad direction, annoying characters, no relevant addition to the main story and so on.

@blacksnc Exactly one thing that pissed me off gets some BS power that makes no sense and when the power she had before is nullifed. In the same fucking episode, if stuff like this continues I'm going to drop the show because this is just terrible writing.
Another thing is when hosts get shot before they die or fall down, but oh when someone with plot armor like Dolores does she walks it off. I hope she dies off soon because god she is infuriating.

Rarely have I felt so overwhelmed by an ensemble as by this show. This episode in particular requires you not only to memorise a heap of completely new characters but also to map them onto the corresponding older versions of themselves. The fact that the show plays in a deeply white rural town in Germany doesn't help as everyone looks exactly the same.

@zephir Sorry, I should have definitely mentioned that I belong to the same demographic. From a viewer's perspective, a more diverse cast makes it easier to introduce such a large number of characters. I apologize if my comment offended you.
"Hannah, if my daughter were older I would tell her the same thing - That men, they can control themselves. Everybody can. Everybody acts like consent is this complicated thing, but it's not. All right? Everybody knows whether they have it or not, and it was that boy's job to know."
Some of these speeches are so good. Mr. Porter really made me tear up when he was at the trial and started crying.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine. I believe Bryce. I know he's he's got a good heart."
"Are you sure that you're okay?"That part actually made me laugh out loud. But I really think something bad will happen to Chloe... I really hope she was just acting in front of Zach and gets away from Bryce asap.

@haibara Porter's a great character, because he's genuinely remorseful. He made a stupid mistake which seems so simple in hindsight, but he didn't trust his instincts. Now he knows better, but that's a hard lesson learned.
I loved when Clay told Bolan "That's not talking; that's telling." Because a lecture and a conversation are very different things and the best time to educate kids on any difficult subjects is before it happens, not afterward when it's more damage control than anything.
